To jsou nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny, kter\u00e9 vedou ke vzniku \u010di rozvoji poruchy p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy naz\u00fdvan\u00e9 ment\u00e1ln\u00ed anorexie. Mnoh\u00fdm to dojde a\u017e v pr\u016fb\u011bhu (opakovan\u00e9) hospitalizace v\u00a0nemocnici, b\u011bhem psychiatrick\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dby \u010di pot\u00e9, co se u nich projev\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e1 somatick\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Ani tehdy ale nen\u00ed snadn\u00e9 poruchu p\u0159ekonat a uzdravit se.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e1da bych upozornila na p\u00e1r aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch poznatk\u016f z\u00a0ambulanc\u00ed psycholog\u016f. Dlouh\u00e9 obdob\u00ed distan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduky a lockdownu p\u0159isp\u011blo k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee se mnoz\u00ed mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 v\u00edce pozorovali, v\u00edce sledovali soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b, \u010detli r\u016fzn\u00e9 blogy, v\u011bnovali se hodiny a hodiny cvi\u010den\u00ed a spalov\u00e1n\u00ed kalori\u00ed. Prohloubily se u nich pocity osam\u011blosti \u010di \u00fazkosti a \u010dasto se pomalu a nen\u00e1padn\u011b zm\u011bnily jejich stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky. D\u00edky tomu, \u017ee m\u011bli v\u00edce \u010dasu na sledov\u00e1n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch instagramov\u00fdch profil\u016f a \u010dten\u00ed blog\u016f o zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b, hubnut\u00ed, diet\u00e1ch apod., nabyli dojmu, \u017ee jsou tato t\u00e9mata pr\u00e1v\u011b \u201ein\u201c. Dostali se do pasti po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdch algoritm\u016f, kter\u00e9 jim po shl\u00e9dnut\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 str\u00e1nky a projeven\u00ed z\u00e1jmu o ur\u010dit\u00e9 t\u00e9ma nab\u00edzej\u00ed v\u00edce a v\u00edce informac\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s\u00a0t\u00edm, co je zaj\u00edm\u00e1. P\u0159i terapeutick\u00fdch rozhovorech nar\u00e1\u017e\u00edme na to, \u017ee si mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 \u010dasto neuv\u011bdomuj\u00ed, \u017ee to, co jim nab\u00edz\u00ed jejich mobil \u010di po\u010d\u00edta\u010d nen\u00ed t\u00edm, co sleduj\u00ed ostatn\u00ed lid\u00e9 kolem nich. A\u017e p\u0159i rozhovoru (\u010di shl\u00e9dnut\u00ed profilu a v\u00fdb\u011bru \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f jin\u00e9ho u\u017eivatele internetu) si mnoz\u00ed uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed, \u017ee se jejich z\u00e1jem z\u00fa\u017eil na to, co souvis\u00ed s\u00a0j\u00eddlem a hubnut\u00edm a internet jim v\u00a0tom vych\u00e1z\u00ed ochotn\u011b vst\u0159\u00edc nab\u00edzen\u00edm dal\u0161\u00edch a dal\u0161\u00edch zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed a vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm dojmu, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto ot\u00e1zky v\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed \u0159e\u0161\u00ed. Rozv\u00edj\u00ed se u nich p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee to je to, co je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro \u0161\u0165astn\u00fd \u017eivot a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159ijet\u00ed. V\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu l\u00e9\u010dby se ukazuje, \u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pr\u00e1v\u011b s\u00a0t\u00edmto t\u00e9matem pracovat, proto\u017ee to m\u00e1 vliv na proces uzdravov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed poruchy. Z\u00e1kazy tady nejsou efektivn\u00ed. Pom\u016f\u017ee trp\u011bliv\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup a vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1hledu u \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd se chce vyl\u00e9\u010dit. Po dlouhodob\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci na zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s\u00a0ment\u00e1ln\u00ed anorexi\u00ed u klientek, jsem spolu s nimi dosp\u011bla ke zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee t\u00edm, co v\u00fdrazn\u011b negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje jejich my\u0161len\u00ed a chov\u00e1n\u00ed, jsou mimo jin\u00e9 pr\u00e1v\u011b chytr\u00e9 hodinky. Na v\u00fdkon zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 d\u00edvky, kter\u00e9 cht\u011bly m\u00edt v\u011bci pod kontrolou, cht\u011bly b\u00fdt st\u00e1le lep\u0161\u00ed a dokonalej\u0161\u00ed, nap\u0159. p\u0159izn\u00e1valy, \u017ee za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed \u00fazkost, pokud b\u011bhem n\u011bkter\u00e9ho dne (tr\u00e9ninku \u010di cvi\u010den\u00ed) nesp\u00e1l\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u011b stejn\u00e9 (ale ide\u00e1ln\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed) mno\u017estv\u00ed kalori\u00ed, ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edm dnem. Na p\u0159edstavu, \u017ee by hodinky m\u011bly na n\u011bjak\u00fd \u010das \u00fapln\u011b odlo\u017eit, reagovaly v\u00a0prvn\u00ed f\u00e1zi \u00fazkostn\u011b a v\u0161echny shodn\u011b p\u0159izn\u00e1valy, \u017ee se k\u00a0tomu (zat\u00edm) nejsou ochotn\u00e9 odhodlat. Znamenalo by to pro n\u011b toti\u017e ztr\u00e1tu kontroly a vyvol\u00e1valo by to strach, \u017ee se jim jejich pracn\u011b vytvo\u0159en\u00fd syst\u00e9m zhrout\u00ed. Ty, je\u017e se k\u00a0tomu odhodlaly, popisovaly n\u011bkolikadenn\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 pocity spojen\u00e9 s\u00a0\u00fazkost\u00ed, kter\u00e1 v\u0161ak za r\u016fzn\u011b dlouhou dobu (v \u0159\u00e1du dn\u016f) odezn\u011bla. Shodly se v\u00a0tom, \u017ee jak sledov\u00e1n\u00ed jin\u00fdch hubnouc\u00edch blogerek, tak tak\u00e9 kontrola, kterou jim poskytovaly hodinky, u nich p\u0159edstavovaly ur\u010ditou formu z\u00e1vislosti. Ta p\u0159isp\u00edvala spolu s\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmi vlivy k\u00a0udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed poruchy. Zaj\u00edmav\u00fd je fakt, \u017ee ty d\u00edvky, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1zaly p\u0159einstalovat \u010di odstranit sv\u016fj \u00fa\u010det na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch, c\u00edlen\u011b se vyh\u00fdbat t\u00e9mat\u016fm, kter\u00e1 jim po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 algoritmy podsouvaly a odlo\u017eit chytr\u00e9 hodinky, referovaly brzy o \u00falev\u011b, lep\u0161\u00edch pocitech i ur\u010dit\u00e9 hrdosti na sebe, \u017ee to dok\u00e1zaly. Nechci t\u00edm v\u00a0\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee tyto dva kroky povedou ke zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed ment\u00e1ln\u00ed anorexie. To ne. Ale pova\u017euji za d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 na tyto nov\u00e9 post\u0159ehy z praxe upozornit, aby na n\u011b u\u010ditel\u00e9 i terapeuti mohli myslet a mluvit o nich s\u00a0d\u011btmi a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edmi. A kdo v\u00ed, t\u0159eba se d\u00edky tomu zamysl\u00ed i n\u011bkdo z n\u00e1s\u00a0dosp\u011bl\u00fdch nad t\u00edm, co a do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry ovliv\u0148uje n\u00e1\u0161 ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u017eivot, na\u0161e pocity, my\u0161lenky i chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159eji v\u00e1m radost z\u00a0dobr\u00e9ho j\u00eddla, spokojenost se sebou bez porovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se s\u00a0nedosti\u017en\u00fdmi idoly a \u00fasm\u011bv na tv\u00e1\u0159i vyvolan\u00fd t\u00edm, jak se skute\u010dn\u011b sami uvnit\u0159 c\u00edt\u00edte a ne t\u00edm, co v\u00e1m sd\u011bl\u00ed displej.<\/p>\n<h5>Mgr. et Mgr.
