M\u016f\u017eete si v\u0161imnout, \u017ee vzduch, kter\u00fd vdechujete je studen\u00fd, a ten kter\u00fd vydechujete naopak tepl\u00fd.<\/li>\n<li>Za\u010dn\u011bte sv\u016fj dech v\u011bdom\u011b ovl\u00e1dat \u2013 prohlubte ho a d\u00fdchejte v\u011bdom\u011b do b\u0159icha.
