T\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka, nad n\u00ed\u017e se nikomu z\u00a0n\u00e1s nechce ani p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let. A p\u0159esto mi ji opakovan\u011b pokl\u00e1d\u00e1te, proto\u017ee p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed chv\u00edle, kdy na ni pot\u0159ebujete zn\u00e1t odpov\u011b\u010f. M\u00e1me-li po ruce odborn\u00edka (\u0161koln\u00ed psycholog, jin\u00fd psycholog \u010di poskytovatel krizov\u00e9 intervence), b\u00fdv\u00e1 dobr\u00e9 jej kontaktovat a probrat s\u00a0n\u00edm jak vlastn\u00ed pocity, tak tak\u00e9 postup, kter\u00fd by byl vhodn\u00fd pro t\u0159\u00eddu \u010di skupinu. Zast\u00e1v\u00e1m n\u00e1zor, \u017ee podpora psychologa je dobr\u00e1 a d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, ale nen\u00ed v\u017edycky nutn\u00e9 zaanga\u017eovat jej p\u0159\u00edmo do sd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed smutn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti t\u0159\u00edd\u011b. M\u00e1m z\u00a0praxe zku\u0161enost s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee pokud se nap\u0159. t\u0159\u00eddn\u00ed u\u010ditel c\u00edt\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b siln\u00fd na to, aby to zvl\u00e1dl (t\u0159eba i chv\u011bj\u00edc\u00edm se hlasem a se slzami v\u00a0o\u010d\u00edch), m\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt dobr\u00e1 varianta, proto\u017ee je t\u0159\u00edd\u011b bli\u017e\u0161\u00ed, je s\u00a0n\u00ed \u201ena jedn\u00e9 lodi\u201c, v\u011bt\u0161inou dob\u0159e zn\u00e1 jak d\u00edt\u011b, kter\u00e9 smutn\u00e1 ud\u00e1lost postihla, tak i jeho spolu\u017e\u00e1ky. V\u00a0takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli by m\u011bl b\u00fdt s\u00a0nimi. Nec\u00edt\u00ed-li se na to, je podpora kolegy \u010di odborn\u00edka vhodn\u00e1 a \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i sd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed ud\u00e1losti, kter\u00e1 d\u011bti zas\u00e1hne, je dobr\u00e9 volit sp\u00ed\u0161e m\u00e9n\u011b slov, ale db\u00e1t na to, aby tato slova emoce d\u011bt\u00ed co nejm\u00e9n\u011b rozjit\u0159ovala, mluvit klidn\u011b, v\u00a0r\u00e1mci mo\u017enost\u00ed vyrovnan\u011b, jde-li o \u00faraz zm\u00ednit v\u0161echno nad\u011bjn\u00e9 a nezd\u016fraz\u0148ovat z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fd dopad ud\u00e1losti na dal\u0161\u00ed \u017eivot d\u00edt\u011bte (nap\u0159. ochrnut\u00ed, nevratn\u00e1 po\u0161kozen\u00ed mozku apod.). Bu\u010fme si v\u011bdomi toho, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme sd\u011blovat pouze informace, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1me schv\u00e1len\u00e9 od rodi\u010d\u016f a \u017ee m\u00e9n\u011b je v\u00a0tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u00edce. Bude prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9, kdy\u017e budou d\u011bti n\u011bkter\u00e1 fakta \u201evst\u0159eb\u00e1vat\u201c postupn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Nebra\u0148me pr\u016fchodu emoc\u00ed u d\u011bt\u00ed, maj\u00ed-li pot\u0159ebu plakat, respektujme to. P\u0159ipravme se na \u0159adu ot\u00e1zek, odpov\u00eddejme na n\u011b promy\u0161len\u011b a pomalu a dr\u017eme se st\u00e1le my\u0161lenky, \u017ee d\u011bti pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed uklidnit jak na\u0161imi slovy, tak t\u00edm, co z\u00a0n\u00e1s celkov\u011b vyc\u00edt\u00ed. Rozjede-li se debata do neur\u010dit\u00fdch (\u010di katastrofick\u00fdch) spekulac\u00ed, zastavme ji a zd\u016frazn\u011bme, \u017ee v\u00a0tuto chv\u00edli nikdo nev\u00ed, co se p\u0159esn\u011b stalo, \u010di jak se situace nap\u0159. po nehod\u011b bude vyv\u00edjet. Pokud maj\u00ed d\u011bti pot\u0159ebu bavit se mezi sebou, nechme je, ale bu\u010fme s\u00a0nimi a vn\u00edmejme, o \u010dem se spolu bav\u00ed. Pokud post\u0159ehneme, \u017ee se t\u0159\u00edda o t\u00e9matu p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 bavit, nab\u00eddn\u011bme jim n\u011bjakou aktivitu. Je na n\u00e1s, jestli vymysl\u00edme n\u011bco ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b, nebo se p\u016fjdeme na chv\u00edli spole\u010dn\u011b proj\u00edt ven (tak\u00e9 vyzkou\u0161en\u00e1 metoda z\u00a0praxe). Snad nen\u00ed nutno zd\u016fraz\u0148ovat, \u017ee u\u010dit se v\u00a0tu chv\u00edli d\u011bti nejsou schopny.<\/p>\n<p>Mysleme na to, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b bude ud\u00e1lost\u00ed zasa\u017eeno jinak. Zat\u00edmco n\u011bkoho se to t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nedotkne, pro jin\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b (bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho kamar\u00e1da \u010di velmi citlivou osobu) m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt o z\u00e1sadn\u00ed stresuj\u00edc\u00ed ud\u00e1lost. Nab\u00eddn\u011bme d\u011btem zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pomoci v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby a sd\u011blme jim, kdy a jak se na n\u00e1s mohou obr\u00e1tit. Zva\u017eme mo\u017enost b\u00fdt v\u00a0telefonick\u00e9m kontaktu s\u00a0rodi\u010di d\u00edt\u011bte, pro kter\u00e9 je zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed ud\u00e1losti z\u00a0na\u0161eho pohledu velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9. D\u011btem, kter\u00e9 nesou danou ud\u00e1lost velmi t\u011b\u017ece, je mo\u017en\u00e9 a vhodn\u00e9 po domluv\u011b s\u00a0rodi\u010di umo\u017enit odchodu dom\u016f \u010di konzultaci s\u00a0psychologem, pokud o ni projev\u00ed z\u00e1jem. Stejn\u011b tak m\u016f\u017eeme pozv\u00e1n\u00ed psychologa navrhnout cel\u00e9 t\u0159\u00edd\u011b, a to zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b u tragick\u00e9ho \u010di n\u00e1siln\u00e9ho ukon\u010den\u00ed \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nehody \u010di nemoci se osv\u011bd\u010dilo po odezn\u011bn\u00ed prvotn\u00edch v\u00fdrazn\u00fdch emoc\u00ed, tj. nap\u0159. n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed den, p\u0159ij\u00edt za t\u0159\u00eddou s\u00a0n\u00e1vrhem, \u017ee bychom mohli spole\u010dn\u011b spolu\u017e\u00e1kovi \u010di spolu\u017ea\u010dce n\u011bjak pomoci. Po prvotn\u00edm \u00faleku a pocitu bezmoci d\u00e1v\u00e1me d\u011btem mo\u017enost n\u011bco aktivn\u011b vym\u00fd\u0161let, navrhovat a d\u011blat, a t\u00edm je ze smutku \u010di apatie p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u00edme do aktivn\u00edho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed nastal\u00e9 situace, co\u017e m\u00e1 pro psychiku jednotlivc\u016f i celkovou atmosf\u00e9ru ve skupin\u011b z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam a krom\u011b toho je t\u00edm rozv\u00edjen i d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pocit soun\u00e1le\u017eitosti a pomoci pot\u0159ebn\u00fdm. Vytr\u00e1c\u00ed se pocit bezmoci a utv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed se v\u011bdom\u00ed toho, \u017ee kdy\u017e n\u00e1s potk\u00e1 n\u011bco t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho, je na n\u00e1s, jak se k\u00a0tomu postav\u00edme. \u010casto je mo\u017en\u00e9 nejen n\u011bco smyslupln\u00e9ho d\u011blat, ale i n\u011bco pozitivn\u011b ovlivnit. A to je nad\u011bjn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i \u00famrt\u00ed je ur\u010dit\u011b na m\u00edst\u011b umo\u017enit jak projeven\u00ed emoc\u00ed, tak tak\u00e9 podpo\u0159it rozlou\u010den\u00ed se s\u00a0\u010dlov\u011bkem, kter\u00fd u\u017e s\u00a0n\u00e1mi nen\u00ed. Respektujeme p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed, m\u00edt ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b nap\u0159. fotku spolu\u017e\u00e1ka, nebo se z\u00fa\u010dastnit poh\u0159bu, pokud je to mo\u017en\u00e9 (s ohledem na p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed rodiny \u010di samotn\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed). Pokud to z\u00a0jak\u00e9hokoliv d\u016fvodu mo\u017en\u00e9 \u010di vhodn\u00e9 nen\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eeme si vymyslet vlastn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddn\u00ed ritu\u00e1l, zap\u00e1len\u00ed sv\u00ed\u010dky, minutu ticha se vzpom\u00ednkou, pop\u0159. naps\u00e1n\u00ed kr\u00e1tk\u00e9ho dopisu spolu\u017e\u00e1kovi na rozlou\u010denou, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017eeme spole\u010dn\u011b sp\u00e1lit na ohni. Umo\u017en\u00edme d\u011btem, aby mohly tuto ud\u00e1lost v\u00a0sob\u011b n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem uzav\u0159\u00edt. Nesna\u017e\u00edme se v\u00a0\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vyvol\u00e1vat hlubok\u00e9 emoce a nutit d\u011bti ke smutku a truchlen\u00ed, ale tehdy, kdy\u017e se takov\u00e9 emoce objev\u00ed, jsme ch\u00e1pav\u00ed a vst\u0159\u00edcn\u00ed. Respektujeme pot\u0159ebu kolektivu vystoupit v\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch (ozn\u00e1men\u00ed ud\u00e1losti, rozlou\u010den\u00ed se spolu\u017e\u00e1kem) ze zab\u011bhnut\u00e9ho re\u017eimu, ale obecn\u011b se sna\u017e\u00edme d\u011bti aktivitou, prac\u00ed a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm re\u017eimu v\u00e9st k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee \u017eivot jde d\u00e1l. Ze zku\u0161enost\u00ed mohu potvrdit, \u017ee d\u011bti uv\u00edtaj\u00ed aktivity a b\u011b\u017en\u00fd re\u017eim a v\u011bt\u0161ina z\u00a0nich se rychle vrac\u00ed k\u00a0\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed sv\u00fdch ka\u017edodenn\u00edch starost\u00ed a ke sm\u00edchu.<\/p>\n<p>U\u010ditel zdaleka jen nevzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00a0teorii. U\u010ditel je pr\u016fvodce ur\u010ditou etapou \u017eivota. P\u0159eji v\u00e1m, a\u0165 nestoj\u00edte proti sv\u00fdm t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1m, ale jste jejich sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed.
