Toto \u010d\u00edslo je t\u0159eba br\u00e1t s rezervou, jeliko\u017e \u0159ada lid\u00ed s\u00a0\u00fazkostn\u00fdmi poruchami \u010di panick\u00fdmi atakami (\u010dasov\u011b ohrani\u010den\u00fdmi z\u00e1chvaty siln\u00e9 \u00fazkosti) nevyhled\u00e1 odborn\u00edka, pop\u0159. se nedostane do \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edch statistik. Lze tedy p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed v ur\u010dit\u00e9m obdob\u00ed sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v\u00fdraznou \u00fazkost \u010di pro\u017eij\u00ed jednu \u010di v\u00edce panick\u00fdch atak, je mnohem v\u00edce. O v\u00fdrazn\u00e9m n\u00e1r\u016fstu po\u010dtu \u00fazkostn\u00fdch a depresivn\u00edch klient\u016f v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b informuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 psychologov\u00e9 a psychiat\u0159i. Pokud ve sv\u00e9m okol\u00ed m\u00e1te \u010dlov\u011bka, u n\u011bj\u017e se objev\u00ed z\u00e1chvat siln\u00e9 \u00fazkosti \u010di se u n\u011bj tyto stavy \u010dast\u011bji opakuj\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1m pomoci p\u00e1r z\u00e1kladn\u00edch informac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se pro p\u0159ehlednost pokus\u00edm co nejv\u00edce zjednodu\u0161it a zestru\u010dnit. Aktivuje se ta \u010d\u00e1st nervov\u00e9 soustavy, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s m\u00e1 p\u0159ipravit na to, abychom dok\u00e1zali p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt v\u00a0situaci ohro\u017een\u00ed (bojovat, ut\u00e9ct, \u201ezamrznout\u201c). Do krve se vyplav\u00ed hormony, kter\u00e9 t\u011blo \u201enabud\u00ed\u201c. Srde\u010dn\u00ed stahy jsou siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a rychlej\u0161\u00ed, krev putuje do sval\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou napjat\u00e9, tud\u00ed\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt pocit, \u017ee se mu \u0161patn\u011b d\u00fdch\u00e1 a m\u00e1 sta\u017een\u00fd hrudn\u00edk, tr\u00e1ven\u00ed se pozastav\u00ed, tak\u017ee je \u010dast\u00fd pocit nevolnosti \u010di sev\u0159en\u00e9ho \u017ealudku, d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed je zrychlen\u00e9, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e dojde k\u00a0p\u0159ekysli\u010den\u00ed mozku, m\u016f\u017ee se objevit t\u0159as, pocit studen\u00fdch kon\u010detin, sucho v\u00a0\u00fastech, nucen\u00ed k mo\u010den\u00ed apod. P\u0159i velmi siln\u00e9 \u00fazkosti maj\u00ed lid\u00e9 kv\u016fli velk\u00e9mu mno\u017estv\u00ed informac\u00ed, putuj\u00edc\u00edch do mozku, a kv\u016fli v\u00fdrazn\u011b nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdm pocit\u016fm obavu, \u017ee se zbl\u00e1zn\u00ed, omdl\u00ed, budou k\u0159i\u010det nebo zem\u0159ou. <strong>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee i kdy\u017e jde o velmi nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd stav, nen\u00ed p\u0159i n\u011bm \u010dlov\u011bk ohro\u017een na \u017eivot\u011b, a d\u00e1le to, \u017ee je to \u010dasov\u011b omezen\u00fd stav. \u017de m\u00edra \u00fazkosti n\u011bjakou dobu nar\u016fst\u00e1, ale pak dos\u00e1hne vrcholu a za\u010dne klesat.<\/strong> Jde tedy o to pochopit, co se v\u00a0t\u011ble d\u011bje, vydr\u017eet a vyu\u017e\u00edt strategie, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m pomohou tento stav nabuzen\u00ed organismu zvl\u00e1dnout a zklidnit na\u0161i nervovou soustavu. Jeliko\u017e je p\u0159i \u00fazkosti m\u00e1lo aktivn\u00ed oblast na\u0161eho mozku, v\u00a0n\u00ed\u017e jsou centra pro logiku a pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, <strong>nen\u00ed efektivn\u00ed sna\u017eit se sni\u017eovat \u00fazkost logickou argumentac\u00ed, dlouh\u00fdm mluven\u00edm \u010di vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00edm. Efektivn\u00ed je zam\u011b\u0159it se na dech a nap\u011bt\u00ed v\u00a0t\u011ble. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pozor, \u0159ada lid\u00ed je st\u00e1le p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dena o tom, \u017ee p\u0159i \u00fazkosti je hlavn\u00ed zhluboka d\u00fdchat, tak\u017ee se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na dlouh\u00fd a hlubok\u00fd n\u00e1dech a hlubok\u00fd v\u00fddech. Proto\u017ee m\u00e1 ov\u0161em \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159i \u00fazkosti tendenci ke zrychlen\u00e9mu d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, vede tento postup k\u00a0je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hyperventilaci, a je\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu p\u0159ekysli\u010den\u00ed mozku, co\u017e \u00fazkost pouze zvy\u0161uje. Co tedy d\u011blat ve chv\u00edli, kdy n\u011bkoho v\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed bl\u00edzkosti postihne z\u00e1chvat paniky? (Pomoc bude samoz\u0159ejm\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situaci a konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch jedinc\u00edch.) Ide\u00e1ln\u011b pohyby prov\u00e1d\u00edme spolu s\u00a0osobou p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi s\u00a0koment\u00e1\u0159em, \u017ee t\u00edm t\u0159esen\u00edm se sna\u017e\u00ed t\u011blo zbavit nap\u011bt\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Pokud dob\u0159e spolupracuje a c\u00edt\u00edme, \u017ee se pomalu zklid\u0148uje, zkus\u00edme j\u00ed p\u0159i dal\u0161\u00edm v\u00fddechu doporu\u010dit, aby <strong>co nejv\u00edce uvolnila svaly v\u00a0t\u011ble, jakoby se rozpou\u0161t\u011blo m\u00e1slo<\/strong>. Nau\u010d\u00edte se d\u00edky tomu, \u017ee je mo\u017en\u00e9 reakce sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry ovl\u00e1dat, a budete-li trp\u011bliv\u00ed, ovlivn\u00ed to jak strukturu va\u0161eho mozku, tak jeho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed.
