Psychick\u00e9 vyp\u011bt\u00ed? \u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m, p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00edme s\u00a0rychlou \u00falevou od va\u0161ich pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. Smutn\u00e1 n\u00e1lada? Sta\u010d\u00ed jen nat\u00e1hnout ruku, koupit si, po\u017e\u00e1dat a je to. Je to trochu jako zahnat hlad instantn\u00ed pol\u00e9vkou. Rychl\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edprava, oh\u0159ev vody v\u00a0rychlovarn\u00e9 konvici, rychl\u00e9 uspokojen\u00ed pot\u0159eby, kterou jsme teprve p\u0159ed malou chv\u00edl\u00ed poc\u00edtili. Nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 se nam\u00e1hat, nen\u00ed t\u0159eba se sna\u017eit, nemus\u00edme nic m\u011bnit a u\u017e v\u016fbec se nemus\u00edme zab\u00fdvat n\u011bjakou trp\u011blivost\u00ed \u010di odkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm pot\u0159eb. \u017de z\u00a0toho m\u00e1me trochu divnou pachu\u0165 v\u00a0\u00fastech? Co kdy\u017e i s\u00a0nimi jedn\u00e1me podle vzorce, \u017ee na n\u011bjak\u00fd probl\u00e9m je t\u0159eba n\u011bco rychle naordinovat, a ne \u0159e\u0161it pracn\u011b p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny, vy\u010dkat \u010di p\u0159ijmout fakt, \u017ee probl\u00e9my a starosti do \u017eivota pat\u0159\u00ed? Co kdy\u017e na n\u011bjak\u00fd nedostatek d\u00e1me n\u00e1lepku diagn\u00f3zy, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se sice leccos vysv\u011btl\u00ed, ale u\u017e se nesna\u017e\u00edme rozv\u00edjet to, co chyb\u00ed? Co kdy\u017e v\u00edce omlouv\u00e1me, ne\u017e se sna\u017e\u00edme v\u011bnovat d\u00edt\u011bti v\u00a0t\u00e9 oblasti, kde se mu hned neda\u0159\u00ed? Co kdy\u017e rychle a \u00fadern\u011b vyr\u00e1\u017e\u00edme \u0159e\u0161it jeho probl\u00e9my a nepodpo\u0159\u00edme jej v\u00a0tom, aby bylo samo aktivn\u00ed, i kdy\u017e to p\u016fjde pomalu, zt\u011b\u017eka a nebude to dokonal\u00e9?<\/p>\n<p>U d\u011bt\u00ed a mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 \u00fazkostn\u00fdch poruch, nar\u016fst\u00e1 depresivita, setk\u00e1v\u00e1me se ve znepokojiv\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e s\u00a0poruchami p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy, sebepo\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00edm i my\u0161lenkami na sebevra\u017edu. Jejich psychika se bort\u00ed pod tlakem okol\u00ed. Ani psycholog, ani l\u00e9ka\u0159 v\u00e1m d\u00edt\u011b na po\u010dk\u00e1n\u00ed \u201eneoprav\u00ed\u201c. M\u016f\u017ee se mu v\u011bnovat, ale je mimo rodinu, mimo prost\u0159ed\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte. D\u011bti (a nejen ony) se nepot\u0159ebuj\u00ed u\u010dit, jak se rychle a snadno dostat do pohody, i kdy\u017e se n\u00e1s v\u0161ichni sna\u017e\u00ed p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit o opaku. Nepot\u0159ebuj\u00ed se u\u010dit, jak se stresu vyhnout, ale jak jej zvl\u00e1dnout, co ud\u011blat s\u00a0vlastn\u00ed \u00fazkost\u00ed, jak ovlivnit svou vlastn\u00ed n\u00e1ladu, jak sn\u00e1\u0161et nepohodu, jak p\u0159ijmout starosti a z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e jako sou\u010d\u00e1st re\u00e1ln\u00e9ho \u017eivota. \u017de nejsou divn\u00e9, kdy\u017e jim nen\u00ed dob\u0159e. \u017de nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 se sna\u017eit v\u0161ech \u0161patn\u00fdch pocit\u016f co nejrychleji zbavit. Pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed se u\u010dit trp\u011blivosti, vytrvalosti a pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed od dosp\u011bl\u00fdch lid\u00ed sly\u0161et, \u017ee reklamy ne\u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed pravdu a \u017ee ty opravdu velk\u00e9 a cenn\u00e9 v\u011bci pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed \u010das a osobn\u00ed snahu. \u00a0Tuto my\u0161lenku podporuje \u0159ada v\u00fdzkum\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se stresu, \u00fazkosti a depresivity. Jak jste jist\u011b vytu\u0161ili, je za\u010d\u00e1tek posledn\u00edho odstavce ps\u00e1n s\u00a0trochou trpk\u00e9ho humoru a ironie, proto\u017ee to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak snadn\u00e9 nen\u00ed. Ale pokud chceme aspo\u0148 n\u011bco m\u00e1lo zbrzdit, pozitivn\u011b ovlivnit \u010di p\u0159edat, budeme i my sami muset p\u0159ijmout fakt, \u017ee n\u00e1m nepom\u016f\u017ee ani bezmocn\u00e9 lamentov\u00e1n\u00ed nad hroznou mladou generac\u00ed, kter\u00e1 tr\u00e1v\u00ed velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u010dasu \u201eon-line\u201c, ani n\u011bjak\u00e9 \u201einstantn\u00ed\u201c rychl\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, ale jen trp\u011blivost a p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161eho vlastn\u00edho sklonu vzd\u00e1t to, co nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b snadn\u00e9 a rychl\u00e9. Kdybychom dok\u00e1zali v\u00a0pohledu na \u017eivot a vlastn\u00ed aktivitu ovlivnit d\u011bti ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch, bylo by to fajn. Kdybychom ovlivnili sv\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem, pov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00edm a d\u016fslednost\u00ed sv\u00e9 d\u011bti doma, m\u00e1 to smysl. Ale i kdybychom zm\u011bnili jen n\u011bco m\u00e1lo ve sv\u00fdch vlastn\u00edch \u017eivotech a vztaz\u00edch, v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edstupu k\u00a0probl\u00e9m\u016fm \u010di ve sv\u00e9 n\u00e1lad\u011b, stoj\u00ed to za to. Neut\u00edkejme p\u0159ed t\u00edm, co je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a nespol\u00e9hejme na to, \u017ee snadn\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00fdch se v\u0161ude nab\u00edz\u00ed plno, opravdu dlouhodob\u011b zlep\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot. To z\u00e1sadn\u00ed m\u00e1me zdarma a dr\u017e\u00edme to ve sv\u00fdch vlastn\u00edch rukou, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b te\u010f, kdy je tlak vyv\u00edjen\u00fd okol\u00edm na jednotlivce v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e tomu bylo d\u0159\u00edve. Tuto my\u0161lenku se pokusme nejen p\u0159ijmout, ale i p\u0159edat d\u00e1l. M\u00e1me-li pocit, \u017ee ur\u010dit\u00e9 v\u011bci m\u016f\u017eeme sami ovlivnit, je na\u0161e t\u011blo zaplaveno jin\u00fdmi hormony ne\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy vn\u00edm\u00e1me sebe sam\u00e9 jako loutku vedenou okol\u00edm \u010di osudem. N\u011bco se m\u016f\u017eeme rozhodnout p\u0159ijmout, n\u011bco vydr\u017eet a n\u011bco vlastn\u00ed aktivitou zm\u011bnit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159eji v\u00e1m, a\u0165 m\u016f\u017eete \u201eb\u011bhat v\u00a0tom sv\u00e9m kole\u010dku\u201c (prost\u0159ed\u00ed) s\u00a0radost\u00ed a nad\u0161en\u00edm a pokud tomu tak nen\u00ed, a\u0165 najdete \u010dasem radost t\u0159eba v\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9m jin\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<h5>Mgr. et Mgr.
