Neust\u00e1le a v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b soub\u011b\u017en\u011b mluv\u00edte, vid\u00edte, sly\u0161\u00edte, c\u00edt\u00edte, vyhodnocujete, vzpom\u00edn\u00e1te si, rozj\u00ed\u017ed\u00edte n\u011bkolik my\u0161lenkov\u00fdch operac\u00ed v\u00a0mozku sou\u010dasn\u011b, ovl\u00e1d\u00e1te emoce, projevujete je p\u0159ijateln\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, sna\u017e\u00edte se vytv\u00e1\u0159et \u0159e\u010d\u00ed t\u011bla, t\u00f3nem hlasu i obsahem sv\u00e9ho sd\u011blen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edv\u011btivou pracovn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ru \u010di naopak zjednat po\u0159\u00e1dek a jste-li zdatn\u00ed, nez\u0159\u00eddka se uch\u00fdl\u00edte i k\u00a0humoru. V\u00e1\u0161 mozek je st\u00e1le ve st\u0159ehu a vy st\u00e1le spol\u00e9h\u00e1te na to, \u017ee v\u00e1s v\u00a0tom nenech\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee spr\u00e1vn\u011b formulovat v\u011bty, po\u010d\u00edtat p\u0159\u00edklady, prov\u00e1d\u011bt pokusy, srozumiteln\u011b vysv\u011btlovat co je t\u0159eba, \u017ee udr\u017e\u00ed pozornost a zapoj\u00ed pam\u011b\u0165. A on to, pa\u0161\u00e1k, taky v\u011bt\u0161inou zvl\u00e1dne a pom\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1m, abyste svou pr\u00e1ci d\u011blali dob\u0159e a nevypadali p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 zmaten\u011b a vy\u010derpan\u011b d\u0159\u00edv ne\u017e v\u00a0druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b kv\u011btna. Jak\u00fd div, \u017ee nejpozd\u011bji po p\u0159\u00edchodu dom\u016f za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 st\u00e1vkovat, co\u017e se projev\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji navenek v\u011btou typu: \u201enechte m\u011b aspo\u0148 chv\u00edli v\u0161ichni na pokoji\u201c. V\u00e1\u0161 mozek je p\u0159ehlcen\u00fd, st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 situace a rozhovory dne\u0161n\u00edho dne v\u010detn\u011b mnoha emoc\u00ed a u\u017e na n\u011bj \u00fato\u010d\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed informace, po\u017eadavky a ot\u00e1zky. Jako psycholo\u017eka v\u00e1m to potvrzuji.<\/p>\n<p>Kdo um\u00ed svou intelektu\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ci vyv\u00e1\u017eit odpo\u010dinkem, klidem \u010di t\u011blesnou aktivitou, m\u00e1 \u0161anci z\u016fstat mnohem d\u00e9le ve sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci spokojen\u00fd a u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd. \u017de to m\u00e1 dopad i na va\u0161e du\u0161evn\u00ed a t\u011blesn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed v\u00e1m asi p\u0159ipom\u00ednat nemus\u00edm. Tak\u017ee \u2013 relaxujte a kdy\u017e budete m\u00edt t\u0159eba n\u011bkdy pocit, \u017ee vlastn\u011b nem\u00e1te b\u00fdt z\u00a0\u010deho unaven\u00ed, vzpome\u0148te si na tento \u010dl\u00e1nek nebo na sv\u00e9 jeskynn\u00ed p\u0159edky.
