Ty je t\u0159eba v\u017edy br\u00e1t v\u00e1\u017en\u011b,<\/li>\n<li>O sebepo\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed napov\u00edd\u00e1 nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 zahalen\u00ed (dlouh\u00fd ruk\u00e1v, \u0161\u00e1tky, pot\u00edtka, tepl\u00e1ky v\u00a0l\u00e9t\u011b), \u0159ezn\u00e9 r\u00e1ny, pop\u00e1leniny, vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se ur\u010dit\u00fdm aktivit\u00e1m (plav\u00e1n\u00ed), zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed osobn\u00ed v\u011bci (\u017eiletky apod.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Co m\u016f\u017ee d\u011blat u\u010ditel:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u0161\u00edmat si a nem\u00edt strach zah\u00e1jit hovor s\u00a0pojmenov\u00e1n\u00edm vlastn\u00edch emoc\u00ed, vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00edm z\u00e1jmu, obav (\u201eM\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee se v\u00a0posledn\u00ed dob\u011b tr\u00e1p\u00ed\u0161\u2026, M\u00e1m obavu, \u017ee se s\u00a0tebou n\u011bco d\u011bje\u2026, V\u00a0posledn\u00ed dob\u011b vid\u00edm, \u017ee\u2026, P\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edm, jestli nem\u00e1\u0161 n\u011bjak\u00e9 t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 obdob\u00ed\u2026, V\u0161iml jsem si toho, \u017ee m\u00e1\u0161 na ruce jizvy. Nebojte se zeptat hezky, s\u00a0projeven\u00edm z\u00e1jmu, ale p\u0159\u00edmo.<\/li>\n<li>Naslouchat a pt\u00e1t se.<\/li>\n<li>B\u00fdt si v\u011bdom citlivosti \u00fadaj\u016f (nesd\u011blovat zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 fakta dal\u0161\u00edm lidem \u201ena potk\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c, ale neslibovat ml\u010denlivost, proto\u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u011bci je nutn\u00e9 sd\u011blit d\u00e1l).<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e1vat relevantn\u00ed informace \u2013 povzbudit k\u00a0n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b \u0161koln\u00edho psychologa, zprost\u0159edkovat prvn\u00ed kontakt, p\u0159edat \u010d\u00edslo na Linku bezpe\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je zdarma, anonymn\u00ed a funguje 24 hodin denn\u011b.<\/li>\n<li>Pracovat v\u00a0t\u00fdmu (ne\u0159e\u0161it z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 v\u011bci s\u00e1m, bez konzultace).<\/li>\n<li>Nezapom\u00ednat myslet na vlastn\u00ed psychohygienu. Pro u\u010ditele jsou tyto rozhovory a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed o nich n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Neb\u00e1t se to probrat s\u00a0psychologem, sv\u011b\u0159it se, probrat vlastn\u00ed pocity a postupy, poradit se, co d\u00e1l, nenakl\u00e1dat na sebe zodpov\u011bdnost za n\u011bco, co nem\u016f\u017eeme ovlivnit.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee mlad\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk mluv\u00ed o sebevra\u017ed\u011b, zeptat se, jestli jej n\u011bkdy napadne, \u017ee by to ud\u011blal (to n\u011bkdy napadne v\u0161echny, odpov\u011b\u010f by m\u011bla b\u00fdt \u201eano\u201c), jestli p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed nad zp\u016fsoby (kdy, jak \u2013 pokud ano, je to u\u017e varovn\u00fd sign\u00e1l), jestli u\u017e k\u00a0tomu v\u00a0minulosti do\u0161lo, jestli m\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0v\u011bcem, kter\u00fdmi by to mohl\/a ud\u011blat, jak \u010dasto jej to napad\u00e1, jak dlouho to trv\u00e1, jestli je mo\u017en\u00e9 tyto my\u0161lenky ovl\u00e1dnout, jestli je n\u011bco, co by jej mohlo zastavit a jak\u00e9 d\u016fvody jej nut\u00ed p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let nad sebevra\u017edou. Jde o nav\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed kontaktu, pocitu d\u016fv\u011bry a zmapov\u00e1n\u00ed situace.
