M\u00e1m hrozn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed a nev\u00edm, co s\u00a0t\u00edm. Hrozn\u011b se podce\u0148uji. R\u016fzn\u00e9 formulace, stejn\u00e9 t\u00e9ma. Nab\u00fdv\u00e1m dojmu, \u017ee kdybych dok\u00e1zala vyr\u00e1b\u011bt sebev\u011bdom\u00ed a po kousc\u00edch jej prod\u00e1vat (pop\u0159. aspo\u0148 levn\u011b dov\u00e1\u017eet t\u0159eba z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny), byla bych rychle \u201eza vodou\u201c. P\u0159edstavte si situaci, kdy m\u00e1te j\u00edt za \u0161\u00e9fem, na rande \u010di za budouc\u00ed tch\u00fdn\u00ed a p\u0159ed t\u00edm si \u201elupnete\u201c skleni\u010dku sebev\u011bdom\u00ed, \u010di si d\u00e1te dva tenk\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky na chleba (ti, co fr\u010d\u00ed na bezlepkov\u00e9 diet\u011b rozmixuj\u00ed do smoothie). Vypad\u00e1 to l\u00e1kav\u011b a snadno, a to je p\u0159esn\u011b ten d\u016fvod, pro\u010d by to nemohlo fungovat. Respektive mohlo, ale nebylo by to \u201ezdrav\u00e9\u201c. Dovedu si p\u0159edstavit, \u017ee by to hodn\u011b rychle vedlo k\u00a0z\u00e1vislosti. Nem\u00e1m \u2013 koup\u00edm \u2013 u\u017eiji \u2013 a hur\u00e1 do akce, ne\u017e to zase vyprch\u00e1. Na podobn\u00e9m principu vlastn\u011b funguje \u0159ada drog, v\u010detn\u011b alkoholu. Tak v\u00a0\u010dem je vlastn\u011b probl\u00e9m? Tedy jak\u00fdsi z\u00e1klad je mo\u017en\u00e9 \u201enas\u00e1t\u201c v\u00a0d\u011btstv\u00ed od na\u0161ich bl\u00edzk\u00fdch, pokud n\u00e1m jsou schopni citliv\u011b \u201ezrcadlit\u201c to, jac\u00ed jsme, jak\u00e9 jsou na\u0161e siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky, jak\u00e9 na\u0161e vlastnosti a reakce jsou p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 situaci a jak\u00e9 a\u017e tak v\u00edtan\u00e9 nejsou, ale jsou p\u0159esto p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1ny, proto\u017ee pat\u0159\u00ed k\u00a0n\u00e1m. Po\u010d\u00e1tky sebev\u011bdom\u00ed je nutn\u00e9 hledat n\u011bkde v\u00a0na\u0161ich \u201ez\u00e1kladech\u201c. V\u00a0tom, co jsme zd\u011bdili a v\u00a0tom, co v\u00a0n\u00e1s za\u010dali pomalu budovat na\u0161i rodi\u010de \u010di jin\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed o n\u00e1s v\u00a0ran\u00e9m d\u011btstv\u00ed pe\u010dovali. Vyvol\u00e1vali v\u00a0n\u00e1s pocit, \u017ee jsme milovan\u00ed, hodnotn\u00ed a \u017ee n\u00e1s i na\u0161e pocity a n\u00e1zory berou v\u00e1\u017en\u011b? Pak tam ten z\u00e1klad je. Zadupali do zem\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd n\u00e1znak na\u0161\u00ed samostatnosti, nutili n\u00e1s potla\u010dovat a skr\u00fdvat emoce i n\u00e1zory, pop\u0159. si z\u00a0n\u00e1s ud\u011blali st\u0159ed sv\u00e9ho Vesm\u00edru? Pak tam n\u011bjak\u00fd z\u00e1klad taky je, ale bude se n\u00e1m na n\u011bm \u0161patn\u011b stav\u011bt.<\/p>\n<p>Sebev\u011bdom\u00ed nen\u00ed p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee jsem machr. To, co u n\u011bkoho ozna\u010dujeme jako \u201ep\u0159ehnan\u00e9 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed\u201c je sp\u00ed\u0161e namy\u0161lenost, sobectv\u00ed, p\u0159ez\u00edravost \u010di chov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 zakr\u00fdt nejistotu \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd na v\u0161echny \u00fato\u010d\u00ed (a \u010dasto m\u00e1 paradoxn\u011b se sv\u00fdm vlastn\u00edm sebev\u011bdom\u00edm probl\u00e9m). Neple\u0165me si to. Nem\u011bjme kv\u016fli tomu z\u00a0rozv\u00edjen\u00ed sebev\u011bdom\u00ed strach. Nejde o to, abychom se chovali pov\u00fd\u0161en\u011b. Jde o to, abychom si byli \u201ev\u011bdomi sebe sama\u201c. Abychom re\u00e1ln\u011b dok\u00e1zali vid\u011bt, jak\u00e9 m\u00e1me nad\u00e1n\u00ed, co n\u00e1m jde, kde jsou na\u0161e siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky a p\u0159estali se v\u00a0tom sami shazovat. Je to tak\u00e9 to, \u017ee si budeme v\u011bdomi sv\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed, na kter\u00e9 zrovna nejsme py\u0161n\u00ed a budeme hledat p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny toho, pro\u010d takov\u00e9 vlastnosti m\u00e1me, p\u0159ed \u010d\u00edm n\u00e1s chr\u00e1n\u00ed, na co jimi reagujeme, pro\u010d se u n\u00e1s objevily. Je to tak\u00e9 to, \u017ee si uv\u011bdom\u00edme sv\u00e9 slabiny. To, na co nem\u00e1me vlohy, v\u00a0\u010dem nevynik\u00e1me, co n\u00e1s n\u011bkdy i tr\u00e1p\u00ed. Sebev\u011bdom\u00ed je uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed si toho, kdo jsem a p\u0159ijet\u00ed sebe sama, v\u010detn\u011b rozhodnut\u00ed se d\u00e1le rozv\u00edjet. Ne podle toho, jak se porovn\u00e1v\u00e1m s\u00a0okol\u00edm, tedy \u010dasto s\u00a0t\u011bmi, kter\u00fdm jde n\u011bco l\u00edp \u010di rychleji. Ne podle toho, jak m\u011b hodnot\u00ed okol\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u011b zn\u00e1 v\u00a0lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b hodn\u011b m\u00e1lo a v\u00a0hor\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u016fbec. Nem\u00e1 cenu nad t\u00edm plakat, prost\u011b to tak je. Ale na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed se na\u0161e sebev\u011bdom\u00ed, tedy v\u011bdom\u00ed o tom, kdo jsme, co chceme, co nechceme, co um\u00edme, co n\u00e1m nejde, co je v\u00a0n\u00e1s cenn\u00e9ho a co by st\u00e1lo za to tro\u0161ku rozvinout (\u010di svinout do men\u0161\u00edch rozm\u011br\u016f) nevytvo\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1hy, ale m\u016f\u017eeme si na n\u011bm \u201ekutat\u201c celo\u017eivotn\u011b. M\u016f\u017eeme se pod\u00edvat na to, co n\u00e1m tam kdo p\u0159ihodil a posoudit sami, nakolik to bylo opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9 a nakolik s\u00a0t\u00edm souhlas\u00edme. Lecjakou \u201ecihlu\u201c z\u00a0t\u00e9 stavby m\u016f\u017eeme v\u011bdom\u011b zahodit s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee se to doty\u010dn\u00e9mu zrovna moc nepovedlo, \u017ee n\u00e1s neznal, \u017ee n\u00e1m cht\u011bl ubl\u00ed\u017eit, \u017ee byl n\u011b\u010d\u00edm ran\u011bn\u00fd, \u017ee n\u00e1m n\u011bco z\u00e1vid\u011bl, nebo n\u011b\u010demu z\u00a0n\u00e1s samotn\u00fdch neporozum\u011bl. N\u011bco m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159ijmout a poopravit, n\u011bco, co d\u0159\u00edv bylo, p\u0159ehodnotit dne\u0161n\u00edm pohledem.<\/p>\n<p>Takto vlastnoru\u010dn\u011b prozkouman\u00e9 a budovan\u00e9 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed je trvanliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e on\u011bch nab\u00edzen\u00fdch 20 dkg od psycholo\u017eky. Pom\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1m uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee nen\u00ed t\u0159eba se srovn\u00e1vat, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00a0n\u00e1s je origin\u00e1l. \u017de nen\u00ed podstatn\u00e9, jak dob\u0159e zp\u00edv\u00e1m nebo zvl\u00e1d\u00e1m svou \u00fazkost ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0Bo\u017eenou, ale to, jak jsem se v\u00a0obou discipl\u00edn\u00e1ch posunula v\u00a0\u010dase j\u00e1 sama. \u017de i m\u016fj \u201est\u00edn\u201c (rozum\u011bj \u0161patn\u00e1 vlastnost, slabost) pro m\u011b m\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00fd v\u00fdznam a bude se mi \u017e\u00edt l\u00edp, kdy\u017e si jej uv\u011bdom\u00edm a budu jej zkoumat, ne\u017e kdy\u017e se budu tv\u00e1\u0159it p\u0159ed cel\u00fdm sv\u011btem i sebou samotnou, \u017ee nic takov\u00e9ho nem\u00e1m a je mi to krajn\u011b odporn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Sebev\u011bdom\u00ed je va\u0161e zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee i kdy\u017e nejste dokonal\u00ed, jste cenn\u00ed. \u017de nem\u00e1te jen sv\u00e9 slabosti (p\u0159irozen\u011b, jako v\u0161ichni ostatn\u00ed), ale i siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky (jako ostatn\u00ed). \u017de si dovol\u00edte c\u00edtit to, co skute\u010dn\u011b c\u00edt\u00edte, p\u0159\u00e1t si nahlas to, co se ve v\u00e1s n\u011bkde hluboko doposud kr\u010dilo, myslet si a \u0159\u00edkat v\u011bci, s\u00a0nimi\u017e druz\u00ed lid\u00e9 nemus\u00ed souhlasit, ale neznamen\u00e1 to p\u0159itom, \u017ee jste \u0161patn\u00ed. M\u00e1te sv\u016fj \u00fahel pohledu, sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti, sv\u00e9 obavy. A sebev\u011bdom\u00ed nen\u00ed nic jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e fakt, \u017ee toto v\u0161echno, co k\u00a0v\u00e1m pat\u0159\u00ed, p\u0159ijmete. \u017de uzn\u00e1te svou hodnotu, co\u017e povede k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee budete uzn\u00e1vat i hodnotu druh\u00fdch lid\u00ed. Nebudete je stav\u011bt pod sebe ani nad sebe. Budete v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee oni jsou oni a vy jste vy. N\u011bkdy je to obrovsky t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce, proto\u017ee v\u00a0z\u00e1kladech najdete nez\u0159\u00eddka p\u011bkn\u00e9 \u201esvinstvo\u201c (omlouv\u00e1m se za tento v\u00fdraz, ale nejen na\u0161i bl\u00edzc\u00ed se ob\u010das postaraj\u00ed o to, \u017ee se nap\u0159ed pracn\u011b mus\u00edme zbavit n\u011b\u010deho hodn\u011b zl\u00e9ho). Sebev\u011bdom\u00ed se nebuduje tak, \u017ee to dob\u0159e zakryjeme a zaskl\u00e1d\u00e1me, ale \u017ee si dovol\u00edme to vyt\u00e1hnout a p\u0159estaneme se obvi\u0148ovat z\u00a0toho, \u017ee to tam v\u016fbec bylo.<\/p>\n<p>Budujte si sv\u00e9 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed. Nikdo jin\u00fd to za v\u00e1s neud\u011bl\u00e1 a va\u0161i bl\u00edzc\u00ed pro to dokonce n\u011bkdy nemus\u00ed m\u00edt zrovna pochopen\u00ed. Ale ve va\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b nejde jen o n\u011b. Jde o v\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159eji v\u00e1m, a\u0165 z\u00a0t\u00e9 \u010dinnosti m\u00e1te radost, proto\u017ee d\u00edky n\u00ed budete l\u00e9pe vn\u00edmat sv\u00e9 t\u011blo, sv\u00e9 emoce, sv\u00e9 my\u0161lenky i vztahy.
