N\u00e1hl\u00e9 a nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 pocity sev\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou zd\u00e1nliv\u011b bezd\u016fvodn\u00e9, vylekaj\u00ed jak d\u011bti, tak i dosp\u011bl\u00e9. Zat\u00edmco strach b\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161inou spojov\u00e1n s\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00fdm objektem \u010di konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situac\u00ed, \u00fazkost n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159epadnout n\u00e1hle, bez v\u011bdom\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho ohro\u017een\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Srdce n\u00e1m bije siln\u011b a rychle, zrychl\u00ed se na\u0161e d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, poc\u00edt\u00edme nevolnost a sev\u0159en\u00ed v\u00a0oblasti hrudn\u00edku, tak\u017ee m\u00e1me pocit, \u017ee se nem\u016f\u017eeme po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b nadechnout, zpot\u00edme se, rozt\u0159esou se n\u00e1m ruce \u010di kolena, m\u00e1me studen\u00e9 ruce a nohy a k\u00a0t\u011bmto nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdm t\u011blesn\u00fdm projev\u016fm se p\u0159id\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee se zbl\u00e1zn\u00edme, um\u0159eme \u010di omdl\u00edme. V\u00a0takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli se usilovn\u011b sna\u017e\u00edme dostat v\u016fl\u00ed a \u201erozumn\u00fdm p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00edm\u201c sv\u00e9 t\u011blo a pocity v\u00a0n\u011bm pod kontrolu, co\u017e se n\u00e1m nepoda\u0159\u00ed. Za mnou je p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed strach, \u017ee se to bude opakovat, \u017ee je to hor\u0161\u00ed a hor\u0161\u00ed a \u017ee to asi nikdy neskon\u010d\u00ed. V\u00a0tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku nem\u00e1me prostor na rozeb\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010din \u00fazkostn\u00fdch stav\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou nav\u00edc individu\u00e1ln\u00ed, ani na popis mo\u017en\u00e9 terapie, ale zm\u00edn\u00edme aspo\u0148 n\u011bkolik podstatn\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed. <strong>\u0158ad\u011b lid\u00ed se ulev\u00ed, kdy\u017e pochop\u00ed, \u017ee stav, kter\u00fd pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed nen\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd. <\/strong>Kdy\u017e pochop\u00ed, \u017ee to, co pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed, je \u201eoby\u010dejn\u00e1\u201c stresov\u00e1 reakce, p\u0159i n\u00ed\u017e amygdala v\u00a0na\u0161em mozku spust\u00ed v\u00a0t\u011ble za pomoc\u00ed hormon\u016f kask\u00e1du t\u011blesn\u00fdch reakc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s maj\u00ed p\u0159ipravit na zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9ho nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, \u00fat\u011bk, boj \u010di strnut\u00ed a \u017ee stejnou reakci pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed lid\u00e9 odprad\u00e1vna. Pom\u016f\u017ee vysv\u011btlen\u00ed, \u017ee na\u0161e smysly jsou v\u00a0takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli mnohem citliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e obvykle, \u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 mozek je p\u0159ekysli\u010den\u00fd a mraven\u010den\u00ed v\u00a0kon\u010detin\u00e1ch nen\u00ed zn\u00e1mkou bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edho se srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b onoho p\u0159ebytku kysl\u00edku. Pom\u016f\u017ee jim v\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee \u0161patn\u011b je jim z\u00a0toho d\u016fvodu, \u017ee t\u011blo te\u010f \u201enem\u00e1 \u010das\u201c tr\u00e1vit obsah \u017ealudku, ale usilovn\u011b \u0161t\u011bp\u00ed cukry, aby dodalo energii do sval\u016f. Sucho v\u00a0\u00fastech, pocit z\u00e1vrati i sta\u017een\u00ed sval\u016f jsou dal\u0161\u00edmi doprovodn\u00fdmi reakcemi t\u011bla, kter\u00fdch si m\u016f\u017eeme v\u0161imnout. Kdy\u017e v\u00edme, co se d\u011bje, je to o n\u011bco m\u00e9n\u011b d\u011bsiv\u00e9, i kdy\u017e st\u00e1le stejn\u011b nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed informac\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, je to, \u017ee tuto rozb\u011bhnutou stresovou reakci t\u011bla nem\u016f\u017eeme ovl\u00e1dnout v\u016fl\u00ed. V\u00a0mozku jsou aktivn\u00ed jin\u00e1 centra ne\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy jsme v\u00a0klidu a hormony, kter\u00fdmi jsme zaplaveni ve chv\u00edli \u00fazkosti, ud\u011blaj\u00ed sv\u00e9. Nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 je v\u016fl\u00ed zastavit a vylou\u010dit z\u00a0t\u011bla ven. \u00da\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je za\u010d\u00edt sv\u00e9 t\u011blo pozorovat a opakovat si, \u017ee jsme v\u00a0bezpe\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee se amygdala v\u00a0na\u0161em mozku trochu spla\u0161ila, ale za chv\u00edli to odezn\u00ed, a i kdy\u017e je to nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, neohro\u017euje n\u00e1s to. Dobr\u00e9 b\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u011bnovat se ve chv\u00edl\u00edch klidu a pohody n\u00e1cviku tzv. br\u00e1ni\u010dn\u00edho d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed (p\u0159i n\u011bm\u017e se n\u00e1m nezved\u00e1 hrudn\u00edk ani ramena, ale b\u0159icho) a tento zp\u016fsob d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed ve chv\u00edli \u00fazkosti pou\u017e\u00edt. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, za\u010d\u00edt d\u00fdchat pomaleji a ne tak povrchn\u011b a p\u0159i n\u00e1dechu a v\u00fddechu si pomalu po\u010d\u00edtat nap\u0159. do t\u0159\u00ed. Pot\u0159ebujeme (zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno) ubrat mno\u017estv\u00ed kysl\u00edku, kter\u00e9 se dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do na\u0161eho mozku a pak tak\u00e9 pomal\u00fdm a hlubok\u00fdm d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00edm vys\u00edl\u00e1me sv\u00e9mu mozku sign\u00e1l, \u017ee nebojujeme ani neut\u00edk\u00e1me, \u017ee se nic ned\u011bje, a proto by bylo moc fajn, kdyby tu stresovou reakci u\u017e trochu zklidnil. Pomal\u00fdm a hlubok\u00fdm d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00edm tedy to, co se d\u011bje v\u00a0na\u0161em t\u011ble, ovlivnit m\u016f\u017eeme, i kdy\u017e to chvilku potrv\u00e1. M\u016f\u017eete spolu vyjmenov\u00e1vat zvuky, kter\u00e9 pr\u00e1v\u011b sly\u0161\u00edte, co v\u0161echno vid\u00edte kolem sebe, \u010deho se dot\u00fdk\u00e1te, jakou chu\u0165 m\u00e1te v\u00a0\u00fastech, co c\u00edt\u00edte za v\u016fn\u011b \u010di pachy. Co zcela jist\u011b nepom\u016f\u017ee, ale celou situaci zhor\u0161\u00ed, je povzbuzov\u00e1n\u00ed ve smyslu, a\u0165 se doty\u010dn\u00fd uklidn\u00ed, a\u0165 nepanika\u0159\u00ed, a\u0165 se sebere, a\u0165 se chov\u00e1 norm\u00e1ln\u011b, \u017ee se p\u0159eci nic ned\u011bje apod. Vyvolat ji mohou tak\u00e9 psychoaktivn\u00ed l\u00e1tky, jako jsou r\u016fzn\u00e9 drogy (v\u010detn\u011b marihuany) \u010di alkohol. Tak\u00e9 k\u00e1va zvy\u0161uje \u201enabuzen\u00ed\u201c organismu a m\u016f\u017ee se pod\u00edlet na zhor\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdch stav\u016f u \u00fazkostn\u00fdch lid\u00ed. Opakovan\u00e9 pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed siln\u00e9 \u00fazkosti, kter\u00e9 je st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, pop\u0159. v\u00e1zan\u00e9 na ur\u010dit\u00e9 situace (nap\u0159. pobyt ve \u0161kole, opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed domu, cestov\u00e1n\u00ed dopravn\u00edmi prost\u0159edky, vy\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed na \u00fa\u0159ad\u011b \u010di v obchod\u011b apod.) je dobr\u00e9 konzultovat s\u00a0psychologem. I tady toti\u017e plat\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm d\u0159\u00edv se na zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed \u010di odstran\u011bn\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9ho probl\u00e9mu za\u010dne pracovat, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe to jde. Krom\u011b zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed pro\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se t\u00edm \u010dasto p\u0159edejde tak\u00e9 vytvo\u0159en\u00ed tzv. vyh\u00fdbav\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed, r\u016fzn\u00fdch zabezpe\u010dovac\u00edch ritu\u00e1l\u016f a vzniku a rozvoji fobi\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tu a tam p\u0159ijde \u00fazkost ke ka\u017ed\u00e9mu z\u00a0n\u00e1s. I na tuto ob\u010dasnou \u00fazkost, kter\u00e1 je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u017eivota, je dobr\u00e9 neb\u00fdt s\u00e1m a mluvit o n\u00ed. Pokud n\u00e1s za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v\u00edc a v\u00edce omezovat, je na\u010dase za\u010d\u00edt hledat zp\u016fsoby, jak naopak omezit ji.
