P\u0159esto se j\u00ed boj\u00edme, ut\u00edk\u00e1me p\u0159ed n\u00ed a nev\u00edme si s\u00a0n\u00ed rady, kdy\u017e se najednou objev\u00ed v\u00a0na\u0161ich \u017eivotech. V\u011bt\u0161inou si p\u0159ejeme, aby byla co nejrychleji pry\u010d, pochybujeme o tom, \u017ee ji \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b zvl\u00e1dneme a boj\u00edme se toho, co n\u00e1m p\u0159inese do \u017eivota a co n\u00e1m z\u00a0n\u011bj naopak bude cht\u00edt odn\u00e9st. Je jako policejn\u00ed maj\u00e1\u010dek, kter\u00fd se najednou n\u011bkde v\u00a0n\u00e1s rozblik\u00e1 a signalizuje n\u00e1m, \u017ee n\u011bco v\u00a0na\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b, vztahu, zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di t\u011ble nutn\u011b pot\u0159ebuje zm\u011bnu. \u017de to, jak jsme doposud \u017eili, p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161leli, c\u00edtili, chovali se a tr\u00e1vili \u010das, je odte\u010f z\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed. \u017de to, co doposud fungovalo \u010di zd\u00e1nliv\u011b fungovalo, u\u017e d\u00e1l fungovat nebude. Nen\u00ed n\u011b\u010d\u00edm, p\u0159ed \u010d\u00edm je t\u0159eba rychle ut\u00e9ct, nebo co je t\u0159eba se nau\u010dit ignorovat. Je pouze varov\u00e1n\u00edm, \u017ee nastal \u010das na zm\u011bnu. Neni\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1s samotn\u00e1 krize, ale to, kdy\u017e na skute\u010dnost, kterou n\u00e1m ukazuje, nejsme schopni adekv\u00e1tn\u011b zareagovat. Kdy\u017e se sna\u017e\u00edme usilovn\u011b \u017e\u00edt d\u00e1l stejn\u011b jako doposud, stejn\u011b se chov\u00e1me k\u00a0partnerovi \u010di d\u011btem, stejn\u011b se ni\u010d\u00edme v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci, a\u010dkoliv u\u017e v\u00edme, \u017ee to nen\u00ed dobr\u00e1 cesta \u010di je\u0161t\u011b zintenzivn\u00edme chov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se ukazuje jako neefektivn\u00ed. Ni\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1s tak\u00e9 to, kdy\u017e krizi nebereme jen jako pomysln\u00fd varovn\u011b zvednut\u00fd prst, ale jako n\u011bco fat\u00e1ln\u00edho, jako ukazatel toho, \u017ee je n\u011bco \u00fapln\u011b \u0161patn\u011b \u010di jsme \u00fapln\u011b \u0161patn\u00ed my a kdy\u017e za\u010dneme d\u011blat nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed \u010di za sebou r\u00e1zn\u011b p\u00e1lit mosty a oh\u00e1n\u011bt se svou nespokojenost\u00ed hlava nehlava. Je upozorn\u011bn\u00edm, \u017ee n\u00e1m n\u011bco chyb\u00ed, \u017ee n\u011bjak podivn\u011b hospoda\u0159\u00edme s\u00a0vlastn\u00edmi silami, \u017ee komunikace v\u00e1zne, nebo je \u00fapln\u011b nefunguj\u00edc\u00ed. Krize v\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00e9 etap\u011b \u017eivota neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee \u017eivot ztratil smysl (i kdy\u017e i to m\u016f\u017ee nastat), ale mnohem \u010dast\u011bji jsme d\u00edky n\u00ed vedeni k\u00a0pozn\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee je pot\u0159eba za\u010d\u00edt v\u011bnovat \u010das n\u011b\u010demu (n\u011bkomu) jin\u00e9mu ne\u017e doposud, \u017ee p\u0159i\u0161el \u010das se n\u011bco nov\u00e9ho nau\u010dit, \u017ee jsme mo\u017en\u00e1 p\u00e9\u010d\u00ed o druh\u00e9 zapomn\u011bli na sebe, \u017ee se s\u00a0n\u011b\u010d\u00edm pot\u0159ebujeme rozlou\u010dit, n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho za\u010d\u00edt budovat a na n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho se zam\u011b\u0159it.<\/p>\n<p>Krize je nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1. Kdy\u017e se nau\u010d\u00edme vn\u00edmat jemn\u00e9 n\u00e1znaky vlastn\u00ed nespokojenosti a nap\u011bt\u00ed ve vztaz\u00edch kolem sebe, m\u016f\u017eeme j\u00ed \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b p\u0159edch\u00e1zet, vn\u00edmat ty blikaj\u00edc\u00ed maj\u00e1\u010dky u\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy se objev\u00ed v\u00a0d\u00e1lce, kdy c\u00edt\u00edme, \u017ee se v\u00a0n\u00e1s pomalu za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 objevovat nespokojenost. Nemus\u00edme ji nechat rozjet naplno. Ale i v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee tuto citlivost nem\u00e1me a krize n\u00e1s obvykle p\u0159ekvap\u00ed v\u00a0pln\u00e9 s\u00edle, nevad\u00ed. Jako \u0161anci na zm\u011bnu, na zlep\u0161en\u00ed, na posun dobr\u00fdm sm\u011brem, na lep\u0161\u00ed du\u0161evn\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hu a spokojen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eivot. Nasm\u011brujte svou pozornost a energii ke zm\u011bn\u011b a nepl\u00fdtvejte silami na nad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na to, \u017ee p\u0159i\u0161la.
