Kdy\u017e je n\u00e1m smutno, kdy\u017e je n\u00e1m t\u011b\u017eko, kdy\u017e jsme osam\u011bl\u00ed, kdy\u017e n\u00e1s potk\u00e1 \u017eivotn\u00ed krize, kdy\u017e ztrat\u00edme oporu, kterou n\u00e1m doposud poskytoval n\u00e1\u0161 partner, kdy\u017e se n\u011bco v\u00a0na\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b za\u010dne vyv\u00edjet jinak, ne\u017e jsme o\u010dek\u00e1vali. N\u00e1\u0161 dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed je n\u00e1m bl\u00edzk\u00fd, hodn\u011b toho v\u00ed o na\u0161\u00ed situaci, leccos z\u00a0toho, co pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me, se jej tak\u00e9 t\u00fdk\u00e1 a dok\u00e1\u017ee u\u017e mnohdy reagovat rozumn\u011b a ch\u00e1pav\u011b. \u010casto se i s\u00e1m zaj\u00edm\u00e1 o to, jak se c\u00edt\u00edme a z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed mu na tom, aby n\u00e1m bylo l\u00edp. Ur\u010dit\u011b ne. Postupn\u011b by m\u011bly za\u017e\u00edvat b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 starosti p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 v\u011bku, v\u00a0n\u011bm\u017e se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed, m\u011bly by se u\u010dit, \u017ee ne v\u0161echno, co cht\u011bj\u00ed, budou m\u00edt, \u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 myslet nejen na sebe, ale i na ostatn\u00ed, \u017ee probl\u00e9my je t\u0159eba \u0159e\u0161it, bolest un\u00e9st, smutkem si proj\u00edt, n\u011bkter\u00fdm lidem se vyhnout \u010di ubr\u00e1nit, t\u011b\u017ekosti trp\u011bliv\u011b p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat a po\u010d\u00edtat s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee to, co n\u00e1s v\u00a0\u017eivot\u011b potk\u00e1, nen\u00ed v\u017edycky \u201ef\u00e9r\u201c. To v\u0161echno by se ale m\u011bly u\u010dit postupn\u011b a s\u00a0v\u011bdom\u00edm, \u017ee je v\u00a0tom n\u011bkdo s\u00a0nimi. \u017de je vedle nich n\u011bkdo siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, kdo je podr\u017e\u00ed, podpo\u0159\u00ed, kdo pom\u016f\u017ee, kdy\u017e je t\u0159eba, kdo si je vyslechne, kdo jim znova a znova bude dod\u00e1vat nad\u011bji a ukazovat, \u017ee a\u010d m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u017eivot t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd, kdy\u017e na n\u011bj \u010dlov\u011bk nen\u00ed s\u00e1m, d\u00e1 se un\u00e9st.<\/p>\n<p>Nezapom\u00ednejme na to, \u017ee d\u011bti pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed v\u00a0dob\u011b dosp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed ze v\u0161eho nejv\u00edce pr\u00e1v\u011b povzbuzen\u00ed a nad\u011bji, uji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee v\u0161echno, co je p\u0159ed nimi, zvl\u00e1dnou. \u017de na to nejsou samy. Stoj\u00ed toti\u017e na prahu dosp\u011blosti a za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed si uv\u011bdomovat realitu \u017eivota, za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed zklam\u00e1n\u00ed a pochybnosti o sob\u011b sam\u00fdch (i kdy\u017e to tak navenek nemus\u00ed vypadat), tr\u00e1p\u00ed je obavy z\u00a0toho, co budou d\u00e1l d\u011blat, kde budou bydlet, jak budou \u017e\u00edt, jak zvl\u00e1dnou r\u016fzn\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky, kter\u00e9 je \u010dekaj\u00ed. \u010casto a p\u0159irozen\u011b se v\u00a0tomto obdob\u00ed odpout\u00e1vaj\u00ed a vzdaluj\u00ed od sv\u00fdch rodi\u010d\u016f, ale ne v\u017edycky se maj\u00ed ve sv\u00e9m okol\u00ed o koho op\u0159\u00edt. N\u011bkdy jim nevyjde \u0161kola, n\u011bkdy pr\u00e1ce, n\u011bkdy vztah \u010di samostatn\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed. N\u011bkdy je v\u00a0jejich odchodu z\u00a0domu doslova brzd\u00ed v\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee opou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed osamocen\u00e9ho rodi\u010de, kter\u00fd sv\u016fj smutek z\u00a0toho \u010dasto jen velmi t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 skr\u00fdv\u00e1. Mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 ale pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee jejich odchod je p\u0159irozen\u00fd a spr\u00e1vn\u00fd. \u017de s\u00a0jejich dosp\u011blost\u00ed nastal \u010das, kdy je dobr\u00e9 se odpoutat. Pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed uji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee to, co p\u0159ijde, zvl\u00e1dnou. Uji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee je dobr\u00e9 m\u00edt nad\u011bji a optimistick\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u011b\u0159it sv\u00e9mu vztahu, \u017ee bude jin\u00fd ne\u017e spousta krachuj\u00edc\u00edch vztah\u016f, kter\u00e9 vid\u00ed ve sv\u00e9m okol\u00ed, \u017ee je dob\u0159e, kdy\u017e budou v\u011b\u0159it, \u017ee probl\u00e9my zvl\u00e1dnou a \u017ee je \u010dekaj\u00ed kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 a radostn\u00e9 roky \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p>Je hrozn\u011b smutn\u00e9 vid\u011bt dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edho, kter\u00e9ho doslova \u201ep\u0159ev\u00e1lcuj\u00ed\u201c obavy z\u00a0budoucnosti a t\u00ed\u017ee neradostn\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed vlastn\u00edch rodi\u010d\u016f. Dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edho, kter\u00fd nic pozitivn\u00edho ne\u010dek\u00e1, kter\u00fd nechce navazovat bl\u00edzk\u00e9 vztahy, proto\u017ee je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00fd o tom, \u017ee nevydr\u017e\u00ed, kter\u00fd p\u0159edem rezignoval na nad\u011bji, \u017ee \u017eivot m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt kr\u00e1sn\u00fd, kter\u00fd pochybuje o jeho smyslu a je bu\u010f osam\u011bl\u00fd, nebo p\u0159ipoutan\u00fd k\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00e9mu z\u00a0rodi\u010d\u016f abnorm\u00e1ln\u011b siln\u00fdm poutem vztahu, kter\u00fd nahradil chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed vztah partnersk\u00fd. Je smutn\u00e9 vid\u011bt dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edho, kter\u00fd od jednoho ze sv\u00fdch rodi\u010d\u016f p\u0159ebral n\u00e1zor, \u017ee \u017eivot je stra\u0161n\u011b nef\u00e9r, \u017ee se l\u00e1ska nevypl\u00e1c\u00ed, \u017ee nem\u016f\u017ee\u0161 nikomu v\u011b\u0159it, \u017ee je v\u011brnost iluze a d\u016fv\u011bra je chybou. Je smutn\u00e9 vid\u011bt dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edho, na n\u011bj\u017e rodi\u010d p\u0159enesl svou vlastn\u00ed depresi a \u017eivotn\u00ed smutek, kter\u00fd jej p\u0159epadl v\u00a0jeho \u017eivotn\u00ed etap\u011b. Odchod partnera, odchod d\u011bt\u00ed z\u00a0domova, bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00ed se st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, nemoci, \u00famrt\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f apod. jsou ud\u00e1lostmi, kter\u00e9 vn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed do \u017eivota velk\u00fd smutek a mohou nastat v\u0161echny v\u00a0kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m \u010dasov\u00e9m rozmez\u00ed. Mysleme ale na to, \u017ee se s\u00a0nimi bude jinak vyrovn\u00e1vat zral\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk ve st\u0159edn\u00ed \u010di star\u0161\u00ed dosp\u011blosti a jinak dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed d\u00edt\u011b, a\u010dkoliv zabrat to d\u00e1 ob\u011bma. N\u011bkter\u00e9 z\u00a0t\u011bchto ud\u00e1lost\u00ed a s\u00a0nimi spojen\u00fdch pro\u017eitk\u016f tak n\u011bjak p\u0159irozen\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed do etapy \u017eivota p\u0159ed n\u00e1stupem st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Neb\u00fdv\u00e1 to snadn\u00e9, ale je pot\u0159eba je un\u00e9st, n\u011bjak se k\u00a0nim postavit, pop\u0159. si naj\u00edt podporu. Jsou ale p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 pro mlad\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00e9mu jeho vlastn\u00ed \u017eivot tak \u0159\u00edkaj\u00edc za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1. Jeho starosti a nejistoty b\u00fdvaj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 jeho v\u011bku, zku\u0161enostem a schopnostem un\u00e9st z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e. Je-li psychicky odoln\u00fd a m\u00e1 podporu ve sv\u00e9m okol\u00ed, je schopn\u00fd vyrovnat se s\u00a0rozchodem, nep\u0159ijet\u00edm na \u0161kolu, pracovn\u00edmi n\u00e1roky apod. Nen\u00ed ale p\u0159ipraven\u00fd na to, aby na n\u011bj rodi\u010d nalo\u017eil vlastn\u00ed bolest, zklam\u00e1n\u00ed, obavy a t\u011b\u017ekosti, kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed ke zcela jin\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00ed etap\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Je dobr\u00e9, kdy\u017e jsme si v\u00a0rodin\u011b nabl\u00edzku v\u00a0t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch. Je dobr\u00e9, kdy\u017e smutek sn\u00e1\u0161\u00edme spole\u010dn\u011b a dok\u00e1\u017eeme si empaticky naslouchat. Je ale taky dobr\u00e9, kdy\u017e dok\u00e1\u017eeme jako rodi\u010de rozli\u0161it, co a do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry m\u00e1me spolupro\u017e\u00edvat se sv\u00fdmi d\u011btmi a \u010d\u00edm jim ubli\u017eujeme, tr\u00e1p\u00edme je a zp\u016fsobujeme, \u017ee za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed nadm\u011brnou \u00fazkost ze \u017eivota a p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek v\u00a0n\u011bm \u010di strach, \u017ee to, co p\u0159ijde, nezvl\u00e1dnou. Zkusme jim m\u00edsto toho p\u0159edat nad\u011bji a podpo\u0159it je v\u00a0tom, aby v\u011b\u0159ily, \u017ee jejich \u017eivot m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt kr\u00e1sn\u00fd a radostn\u00fd. V\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 koronavirov\u00e9 dob\u011b, kdy je naru\u0161en\u00fd b\u011b\u017en\u00fd \u017eivot a chyb\u00ed n\u00e1m soci\u00e1ln\u00ed kontakty, je to mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0Mgr. et Mgr.
