Tak by se dala stru\u010dn\u011b popsat velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st roku 2020. Mnoz\u00ed jsme to vzali jako v\u00fdzvu, vystoupen\u00ed z\u00a0mnohalet\u00e9ho stereotypu, mo\u017enost tr\u00e1vit v\u00edce \u010dasu v\u00a0rodin\u00e1ch, ale mnoh\u00fdm posledn\u00ed t\u00fddny a m\u011bs\u00edce ot\u0159\u00e1sly jistotami, o kter\u00e9 se op\u00edrala jejich du\u0161evn\u00ed stabilita. Mnoz\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b ochotn\u011b pracuj\u00ed sami, sv\u00fdm tempem a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b podle vlastn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu \u010di chuti, ale jako psychologov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l \u010dast\u011bji zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1me nar\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed v rodin\u00e1ch, ztr\u00e1tu motivace u d\u011bt\u00ed, depresivn\u00ed lad\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 izolac\u00ed\u00a0 a st\u00e1l\u00fdm pln\u011bn\u00edm povinnost\u00ed u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed z n\u011bjak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu nemaj\u00ed mo\u017enost v\u011bnovat se sv\u00fdm kon\u00ed\u010dk\u016fm, setk\u00e1vat se s p\u0159\u00e1teli, sd\u00edlet s nimi sv\u00e9 pro\u017eitky a my\u0161lenky, nebo t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou tak hou\u017eevnat\u00ed a poctiv\u00ed, \u017ee tr\u00e1v\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravou do \u0161koly t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ve\u0161ker\u00fd \u010das v\u010detn\u011b v\u00edkend\u016f a nejsou schopni povinnosti, stres a z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e vykompenzovat n\u011b\u010d\u00edm hezk\u00fdm, radostn\u00fdm, co by jim dodalo energii. Linky d\u016fv\u011bry hl\u00e1s\u00ed, \u017ee jim narostlo mno\u017estv\u00ed lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed se na n\u011b obracej\u00ed s dom\u00e1c\u00edm n\u00e1sil\u00edm, a to a\u017e o 30 %, co\u017e je d\u011bsiv\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo, proto\u017ee se za n\u00edm skr\u00fdvaj\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou mnohdy doslova \u201ev pasti\u201c vlastn\u00edch rodinn\u00fdch vztah\u016f a probl\u00e9m\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>A\u010d maj\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 \u010dasto pocit, \u017ee i p\u0159i sebev\u011bt\u0161\u00ed snaze nejsou schopni p\u0159edat d\u011btem \u010di student\u016fm to, co p\u0159i prezen\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduce a a\u010d maj\u00ed d\u011bti a studenti velmi podobn\u00e9 pocity nejistoty a strachu, \u017ee toho budou um\u011bt m\u00e1lo, \u017ee nebudou dob\u0159e p\u0159ipraven\u00ed, \u017ee si toho tolik nepamatuj\u00ed apod., je t\u00edm hlavn\u00edm, co pot\u0159ebujeme po n\u00e1vratu do \u0161kol \u2013 KLID. Pot\u0159ebujeme si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee jsme v mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 situaci, kter\u00e1 nav\u00edc trv\u00e1 hodn\u011b dlouho. \u017de jsme v\u0161ichni vypadli jak z b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho re\u017eimu, tak i z \u00fazk\u00fdch soci\u00e1ln\u00edch vazeb. \u017de mnoz\u00ed z n\u00e1s za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru stresu jak doma, tak i v souvislosti s mno\u017estv\u00edm, kvalitou a zp\u016fsoby sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. Je nutn\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee se ze v\u0161eho nejd\u0159\u00edve pot\u0159ebujeme op\u011bt lidsky sej\u00edt. \u017de se na sebe zase pot\u0159ebujeme napojit, vypov\u00eddat se z toho, \u010deho jsme pln\u00ed, zastavit se, napl\u00e1novat, co a jak budeme d\u011blat d\u00e1l. Pot\u0159ebujeme, podobn\u011b jako po dlouh\u00fdch letn\u00edch pr\u00e1zdnin\u00e1ch, postupn\u011b zav\u00e1d\u011bt re\u017eim a pravidla, ale hlavn\u011b se pot\u0159ebujeme uklidnit. My sami, i navz\u00e1jem, jako kolegov\u00e9, jako u\u010ditel\u00e9 p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed mezi d\u011bti. V\u00edce ne\u017e kdy jindy si pot\u0159ebujeme uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee m\u00e1me v\u011bci pod kontrolou a p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit o tom ty, kte\u0159\u00ed sed\u00ed v lavic\u00edch p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi. Taky si mus\u00edme uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee nelze pod\u00e1vat 100% v\u00fdkony. A to ani b\u011b\u017en\u011b, nato\u017e pak v mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 situaci. Ne v\u0161echno, co jsme jako u\u010ditel\u00e9 zvykl\u00ed p\u0159ed\u00e1vat d\u011btem, mus\u00edme p\u0159edat i v t\u00e9to situaci. A op\u011bt t\u00edm mysl\u00edm, \u017ee bychom nem\u011bli kl\u00e1st p\u0159ehnan\u00e9 n\u00e1roky ani sami na sebe, ani na ty, kdo jsou kolem n\u00e1s. V\u00edme, co jsme pro\u017eili my sami, v\u00edme, jak se c\u00edt\u00edme. Ale nev\u00edme skoro nic o tom, co pro\u017eily d\u011bti, co za sebou maj\u00ed mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 ve t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch, jak se c\u00edt\u00ed po n\u00e1vratu do \u0161kol oni. Odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed \u201erychle na to sko\u010dit a co nejd\u0159\u00edve dohnat, co se d\u00e1\u201c, je te\u010f to nejhor\u0161\u00ed, co m\u016f\u017eeme ud\u011blat. To si m\u016f\u017eeme dovolit po vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 dohod\u011b v\u00a0semin\u00e1\u0159\u00edch pro maturanty, v\u00a0hlavn\u00edch p\u0159edm\u011btech u dev\u00e1\u0165\u00e1k\u016f. Ve v\u0161ech jin\u00fdch t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch a hodin\u00e1ch te\u010f nejv\u00edc ud\u011bl\u00e1me, kdy\u017e za\u010dneme pracovat v\u00a0klidu, kdy\u017e d\u011bti nezahlt\u00edme spoustou \u00fakol\u016f, po\u017eadavk\u016f, semin\u00e1rek, projekt\u016f, procvi\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na budov\u00e1n\u00ed vztah\u016f, pocitu bezpe\u010d\u00ed a klidu. Vystresovan\u00fd u\u010ditel p\u0159enese sv\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed na d\u011bti. Vystresovan\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b se jednak nen\u00ed schopn\u00e9 u\u010dit a soust\u0159edit, proto\u017ee mu to aktivace ur\u010dit\u00fdch mozkov\u00fdch center prost\u011b nedovol\u00ed, ale nen\u00ed schopn\u00e9 si ani vzpomenout na to, co v\u00ed a um\u00ed. Pr\u00e1ce pod tlakem, kritika p\u0159ed spolu\u017e\u00e1ky, pocit selh\u00e1n\u00ed, to jsou v\u0161echno aspekty, kter\u00e9 ubl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed jak d\u00edt\u011bti samotn\u00e9mu, tak i vztah\u016fm ve t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch. Pr\u00e1v\u011b te\u010f bude \u010das t\u0159\u00eddn\u00ed kolektivy stmelit, ujistit v\u0161echny ty, kte\u0159\u00ed byli z\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din stranou od ostatn\u00edch, \u017ee jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u00fdmu, \u017ee jsme spolu, abychom si navz\u00e1jem pom\u00e1hali a podporovali se. A na to d\u011bti pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed u\u010ditele. A\u010d v\u00e1m to m\u016f\u017ee zn\u00edt \u201esladce\u201c, z\u00a0odborn\u00fdch setk\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fdch jsem se v\u00a0posledn\u00edch t\u00fddnech online \u00fa\u010dastnila, vyplynulo mimo jin\u00e9 zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee \u0159ada d\u011bt\u00ed kv\u016fli technice, dom\u00e1c\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed, vlastn\u00ed uzav\u0159enosti apod. z\u016fstala zcela izolovan\u00e1 od spolu\u017e\u00e1k\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0165 u\u017e se ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch budeme sch\u00e1zet p\u0159ed V\u00e1nocemi \u010di po nich, sch\u00e1zejme se tam p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jako lid\u00e9 ochotn\u00ed naslouchat tomu, jak se druz\u00ed c\u00edt\u00ed. Je-li to jen trochu mo\u017en\u00e9, dejme d\u011btem a student\u016fm mo\u017enost ventilovat sv\u00e9 pocity, \u00fazkost, nejistotu, nechl\u00e1cholme je n\u011bjak\u00fdmi fr\u00e1zemi, ale vn\u00edmejme, \u010deho se skute\u010dn\u011b boj\u00ed, jak\u00e9 maj\u00ed obavy, co pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed. S\u00a0ohledem na psychiku n\u00e1s v\u0161ech bude pomalej\u0161\u00ed rozjezd efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm rozjezdem, ne\u017e kdy\u017e se budeme sna\u017eit za ka\u017edou cenu potla\u010dit p\u0159irozen\u00e9 lidsk\u00e9 sd\u00edlen\u00ed po dlouh\u00e9m odlou\u010den\u00ed tlakem na v\u00fdkon. Naberme ve v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edm \u010dase s\u00edly, odpo\u010di\u0148me si a dop\u0159ejme to i d\u011btem a student\u016fm. Nezad\u00e1vejme \u00fakoly, kter\u00e9 nejsou nutn\u00e9 a nevyu\u017e\u00edvejme dny volna k\u00a0tomu, aby d\u011bti doh\u00e1n\u011bly to, co jsme s\u00a0nimi nemohli stihnout. Dop\u0159ejme i rodi\u010d\u016fm oddych od \u0161koln\u00edch povinnost\u00ed, proto\u017ee t\u00edm z\u00e1rove\u0148 alespo\u0148 v\u00a0r\u00e1mci mo\u017enost\u00ed podporujeme klid v\u00a0rodin\u00e1ch. A nebojte se. Po kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m pomal\u00e9m rozjezdu se do toho budete moci snad zase norm\u00e1ln\u011b a po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b op\u0159\u00edt.<\/p>\n<p>Nap\u0159ed si ale u\u017eijte kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 a klidn\u00e9 V\u00e1noce a v\u0161em t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed je letos nebudou pro\u017e\u00edvat radostn\u011b, p\u0159eji, aby je alespo\u0148 neopou\u0161t\u011bla nad\u011bje na to, \u017ee hezk\u00e9 a radostn\u00e9 dny op\u011bt p\u0159ijdou.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00a0\u00factou k\u00a0Va\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ci<\/p>\n<h4>Mgr. et Mgr.
