Na blogu nakladatelstv\u00ed Klett se pro v\u00e1s b\u011bhem uplynul\u00fdch dvou let nashrom\u00e1\u017edila p\u011bkn\u00e1 hrom\u00e1dka psychologick\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f v\u011bnovan\u00fdch p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm d\u011btem ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch, tomu, jak s\u00a0nimi pracovat p\u0159i\u00a0jejich individu\u00e1ln\u00edch pot\u0159eb\u00e1ch, jak je motivovat, hodnotit, jak jim porozum\u011bt, jak je v\u00e9st, vychov\u00e1vat, jak rozv\u00edjet hezk\u00e9 vztahy ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b i mezi pedagogy. Mnoz\u00ed z\u00a0v\u00e1s je \u010dtou, mnoz\u00ed na n\u011b reaguj\u00ed a sna\u017e\u00ed se podn\u011bty z\u00a0nich vyu\u017e\u00edt p\u0159i sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci. Je tam i p\u00e1r \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f v\u011bnovan\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edmo v\u00e1m, tomu, abyste mysleli i sami na sebe, ale je jich ur\u010dit\u011b men\u0161ina. Jste v\u00a0ka\u017edodenn\u00edm kontaktu s\u00a0mnoha lidmi, m\u00e1te velkou zodpov\u011bdnost, pracujete \u010dasto pod tlakem a jste nuceni se neust\u00e1le vzd\u011bl\u00e1vat a pom\u011brn\u011b rychle p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat mnoha zm\u011bn\u00e1m. R\u016fzn\u00e9 aspekty va\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ce i osobnosti hodnot\u00ed jak va\u0161i \u017e\u00e1ci, kolegov\u00e9 a nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, tak tak\u00e9 rodi\u010de, pop\u0159. inspekce. N\u011bkdy to jde hladce, bav\u00ed v\u00e1s to, c\u00edt\u00edte se napln\u011bni, spokojeni a n\u011bkdy je to p\u011bkn\u00e1 d\u0159ina a vy ti\u0161e pozorujete, jak v\u00e1m doch\u00e1zej\u00ed s\u00edly a nad\u0161en\u00ed se ztr\u00e1c\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161inou to b\u00fdv\u00e1 na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed do\u010dasn\u00e9 a dalo by se \u0159\u00edct i \u201esez\u00f3nn\u00ed\u201c, v\u00e1zan\u00e9 na jak\u00e9si pedagogick\u00e9 obdob\u00ed \u201esklizn\u011b\u201c v\u00a0lednu a \u010dervnu.<\/p>\n<p>Te\u010f je ale zcela mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 doba. S\u00a0d\u011btmi nem\u016f\u017eete komunikovat tak, jak jste zvykl\u00ed, \u010dasto se v\u00e1m neda\u0159\u00ed navzdory velk\u00e9 snaze z\u00edskat jejich plnou pozornost, nadchnout je pro pr\u00e1ci tak, jak to dok\u00e1\u017eete p\u0159i osobn\u00edm kontaktu, p\u0159\u00edprava hodin i test\u016f v\u00e1s stoj\u00ed hodn\u011b \u00fasil\u00ed, mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00e1m chyb\u00ed takov\u00e1 ta pozitivn\u00ed zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba, kdy nikdo nemus\u00ed vyjad\u0159ovat spokojenost slovy, ale vy to \u201esouzn\u011bn\u00ed s\u00a0t\u0159\u00eddou\u201c prost\u011b c\u00edt\u00edte. Do toho va\u0161i pr\u00e1ci je\u0161t\u011b v\u00a0mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku ne\u017e obvykle hodnot\u00ed rodi\u010de, a to nez\u0159\u00eddka ve dvou extr\u00e9mech, kdy v\u00a0jednom podle nich d\u011bcka nic ned\u011blaj\u00ed a v\u00a0druh\u00e9m toho maj\u00ed moc, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e za oboj\u00ed d\u00e1vaj\u00ed zodpov\u011bdnost v\u00e1m a nez\u0159\u00eddka se s\u00a0t\u00edm obrac\u00ed rovnou na veden\u00ed \u0161koly. A nev\u00edm, jestli je hor\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e p\u0159i tom hodnocen\u00ed vych\u00e1zej\u00ed jen z\u00a0toho, co jim jejich d\u011bti samy \u0159eknou, nebo z toho, \u017ee sed\u00ed u online hodin, sleduj\u00ed v\u00e1s p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci a a\u010dkoliv sami nemaj\u00ed ani pedagogick\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, ani zku\u0161enosti, ani pov\u011bdom\u00ed o tom, co v\u0161echno mus\u00edte vy d\u011blat a splnit, maj\u00ed jasno nejen v\u00a0tom, co by bylo t\u0159eba zlep\u0161it, ale i v\u00a0tom, jak to m\u00e1te ud\u011blat. \u017de by se velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st z\u00a0nich nedostala ani do aplikace, kterou pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te a ovl\u00e1d\u00e1te vy, ponechme stranou. Ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1me ten sv\u016fj \u201ekoktejl starost\u00ed\u201c nam\u00edchan\u00fd tro\u0161ku jinak a ka\u017ed\u00fd svou situaci taky jinak zvl\u00e1d\u00e1me. Jak moc n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 techniky a postupy vol\u00edte, jak moc \u00fakol\u016f kontrolujete, jak precizn\u011b se p\u0159ipravujete a \u0161perkujete materi\u00e1ly, jak moc trv\u00e1te na tom, \u017ee je pot\u0159eba probrat opravdu v\u0161echno tak, jako by byla norm\u00e1ln\u00ed situace \u010di zda dok\u00e1\u017eete odfiltrovat m\u00e9n\u011b podstatn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u016f\u017eete ovlivnit to, jak si budete br\u00e1t p\u0159\u00edpadnou kritiku<\/strong>. Jestli dok\u00e1\u017eete chr\u00e1nit sami sebe v\u011bdom\u00edm, \u017ee i kdy\u017e va\u0161e pr\u00e1ce nen\u00ed dokonal\u00e1 a leckdo by leccos d\u011blal jinak, vy d\u011bl\u00e1te, co m\u016f\u017eete a co jste ochotni, proto\u017ee pr\u00e1ce nen\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot, ale pouze jeho sou\u010d\u00e1st. Pokud to chcete d\u011blat, d\u011blejte to. Ale pokud v\u00e1s to zat\u011b\u017euje, nastavte si pro komunikaci n\u011bjak\u00e1 pravidla.
