Pokud pat\u0159\u00edte mezi vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed, jejich\u017e \u0161kola byla vl\u00e1dn\u00edm na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm uzav\u0159ena, je tento \u010dl\u00e1nek pr\u00e1v\u011b pro v\u00e1s. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Znova jste jako u\u010ditel\u00e9 postaveni p\u0159ed \u00fakol, v\u00e9st sv\u00e9 sv\u011b\u0159ence na d\u00e1lku. V\u00a0obdob\u00ed prvn\u00edho zav\u0159en\u00ed \u0161kol se zv\u00fd\u0161il po\u010det lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed se obraceli na \u0161koln\u00ed \u010di poradensk\u00e9 psychology, online poradny i krizov\u00e9 linky a zdaleka nebyla jedin\u00fdm d\u016fvodem obava z\u00a0n\u00e1kazy \u010di nezam\u011bstnanosti. Vyost\u0159ily se v\u0161echny negativn\u00ed vztahy, v\u00a0nich\u017e \u0159ada lid\u00ed doma \u017eije, a to v\u010detn\u011b zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, psychick\u00e9ho \u010di fyzick\u00e9ho t\u00fdr\u00e1n\u00ed, poni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed, r\u016fzn\u00fdch forem psychick\u00fdch poruch \u010di z\u00e1vislosti a jejich dopadu na nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed rodinn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edky. \u0160kola poskytuje mo\u017enost \u00faniku z\u00a0lec\u010dehos, o \u010dem \u010dasto nic moc ve spojen\u00ed s\u00a0konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm \u010dlov\u00ed\u010dkem nev\u00edme\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u0158ada dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch trp\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdmi psychick\u00fdmi poruchami, kter\u00e9 se doma maj\u00ed tendenci zhor\u0161ovat. N\u011bkoho bude ub\u00edjet nedostatek soci\u00e1ln\u00edch kontakt\u016f, lidem s\u00a0poruchami autistick\u00e9ho spektra \u010di poruchou pozornosti s hyperaktivitou ubl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed to, \u017ee nebudou m\u00edt zaveden\u00fd re\u017eim, u n\u011bkoho se prohloub\u00ed deprese, u lid\u00ed s\u00a0\u00fazkostmi, panick\u00fdmi poruchami, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed fobi\u00ed \u010di s\u00a0fobi\u00ed ze \u0161koly vyst\u0159\u00edd\u00e1 prvotn\u00ed radost z\u00a0mo\u017enosti vyhnout se kolektivu a prost\u0159ed\u00ed mimo domov n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 zhor\u0161en\u00ed \u00fazkosti ve chv\u00edli, kdy se do n\u011bj budou muset op\u011bt za\u010dle\u0148ovat, nebo si ten n\u00e1vrat budou jen p\u0159edstavovat. V\u00fdpadek ve t\u0159et\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00edku mohl b\u00fdt zaj\u00edmav\u00fdm zpest\u0159en\u00edm, ale pro maturanty je typick\u00e9 to, \u017ee za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed obavy, aby v\u0161echno zvl\u00e1dli podle p\u0159edstav sv\u00fdch i sv\u00fdch rodi\u010d\u016f, aby se po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b p\u0159ipravili (zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b ti ambici\u00f3zn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nebo ti, kdo \u0161kole zat\u00edm moc energie nev\u011bnovali), aby si dob\u0159e vybrali novou \u0161kolu \u010di pr\u00e1ci, aby se na ni co nejl\u00e9pe p\u0159ipravili a m\u011bli maximum dostupn\u00fdch informac\u00ed. Mohou za\u017e\u00edvat \u00fazkost, b\u00fdt nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed, frustrovan\u00ed a mohou postr\u00e1dat vnit\u0159n\u00ed i vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed klid a pocit, \u017ee maj\u00ed v\u011bci pod kontrolou. M\u011bjme na mysli i to, \u017ee mnoz\u00ed z\u00a0na\u0161ich sv\u011b\u0159enc\u016f dostanou na starosti va\u0159en\u00ed, dom\u00e1cnost a sourozence, co\u017e by p\u0159ed n\u011bjak\u00fdmi sto lety asi nebyl probl\u00e9m, ale te\u010f pracujeme s\u00a0trochu jinou generac\u00ed, kter\u00e1 za to, \u017ee na tyto povinnosti nen\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou zvykl\u00e1, a\u017e tak moc nem\u016f\u017ee. Li\u0161\u00ed se i technick\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed a po\u010det rodinn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f v\u00a0jedn\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti \u010di u jednoho po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, stejn\u011b tak jako m\u00edra stresu a podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnosti rodi\u010d\u016f. Jako psycholo\u017eka jsem sly\u0161ela nejednou, \u017ee zat\u00edmco ve \u0161kole je klid a ob\u010das tam \u010dlov\u011bka i n\u011bkdo pochv\u00e1l\u00ed, doma je jen dusno a po\u0159\u00e1d tam n\u011bkdo \u0159ve\u2026<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy toho na n\u011b, stejn\u011b jako na n\u00e1s, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt moc. Proto je te\u010f o to v\u00edce motivujme, oce\u0148ujme, ptejme se na to, jak se maj\u00ed, zaj\u00edmejme se o to, jak tr\u00e1v\u00ed \u010das, uklid\u0148ujme je, \u017ee to spole\u010dn\u011b zvl\u00e1dneme a v\u0161echno stihneme. Pokud m\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk pocit, \u017ee m\u00e1 situaci pod kontrolou a m\u016f\u017ee ji ovlivnit, sn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed stres v\u00fdrazn\u011b l\u00e9pe ne\u017e ve chv\u00edl\u00edch, kdy c\u00edt\u00ed, \u017ee se mu d\u011bje n\u011bco, co ovlivnit nem\u016f\u017ee. Kdy\u017e post\u0159ehneme, \u017ee je student v\u00a0obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 situaci, zkusme pro to m\u00edt pochopen\u00ed, nebo jej p\u0159esm\u011brujme na n\u011bkoho, kdo jej m\u016f\u017ee vyslechnout a podpo\u0159it. P\u0159ipom\u00ednejme v\u0161em, \u017ee existuj\u00ed \u0161koln\u00ed psychologov\u00e9 \u010di linky d\u016fv\u011bry a \u017ee to, co te\u010f pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me, je jen do\u010dasn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>A kdy\u017e v\u00e1m samotn\u00fdm bude \u00fazko, budete se c\u00edtit p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, nebo budete m\u00edt v\u0161eho dost, nebojte se hledat podporu i pro sebe. Nen\u00ed to zn\u00e1mka slabosti, ale naopak odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed dostat sv\u016fj \u017eivot a sv\u00e9 pocity zp\u00e1tky do rovnov\u00e1hy.<\/p>\n<p>Dr\u017e\u00edm n\u00e1m v\u0161em palce, a\u0165 to zvl\u00e1dneme a nezapom\u00ednejte, \u017ee emoce se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed i na d\u00e1lku, a i na d\u00e1lku m\u016f\u017eete ovlivnit to, jak se druh\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159i kontaktu s\u00a0v\u00e1mi c\u00edt\u00ed.
