Nav\u00edc n\u00e1s mnohdy nenapad\u00e1, co si ke sva\u010din\u011b d\u00e1t, a tak sklouz\u00e1v\u00e1me ke stereotypu skl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed ho se nej\u010dast\u011bji z\u00a0pl\u00e1tku pe\u010diva se s\u00fdrem apod. D\u00edky n\u011bkolika praktick\u00fdm typ\u016fm se tento stereotyp pokus\u00edme rozbourat.<\/p>\n<p>Jak jsem ji\u017e zmi\u0148ovala, pokrmy by m\u011bly b\u00fdt v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00e9, tzn. \u017ee by m\u011bly obsahovat v\u0161echny pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 makronutrienty (kam \u0159ad\u00edme sacharidy, b\u00edlkoviny a tuky), tak mikronutrienty (sem pat\u0159\u00ed vitaminy a miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky). V\u00a0tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku naleznete n\u011bkolik tip\u016f na sva\u010diny jako inspiraci. Slovo <em>inspirace <\/em>je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, proto\u017ee krom\u011b slo\u017een\u00ed pokrm\u016f, je tak\u00e9 nutn\u00e9 myslet na mno\u017estv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 konzumujeme. Mus\u00edme si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee i zdrav\u00e9 v\u011bci v\u00a0nadm\u011brn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt \u0161kodliv\u00e9 nebo zp\u016fsobit nab\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed na v\u00e1ze. Stejn\u011b tak ty \u201ezl\u00e9\u201c potraviny n\u00e1m tzv. d\u00edru do b\u0159icha neud\u011blaj\u00ed, pokud je budeme konzumovat v\u00a0rozumn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed a jen jednou za \u010das.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fd\u010det sva\u010din obsahuje pouze orienta\u010dn\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed potravin. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00a0n\u00e1s je jin\u00fd, je jinak star\u00fd, m\u00e1 jinak rychl\u00fd metabolismus, vykon\u00e1v\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 aktivity, m\u00e1 jin\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed stav atd. V\u0161echny tyto aspekty musej\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159i sestavov\u00e1n\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku br\u00e1ny v\u00a0potaz. Tud\u00ed\u017e optim\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed potravin a energie z\u00a0n\u00ed \u010derpaj\u00edc\u00ed bude pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jin\u00e1.
