Existuje mnoho zp\u016fsob\u016f chov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159i nich\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk vlastn\u011b ubli\u017euje s\u00e1m sob\u011b, sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu. Nemus\u00edme chodit pro p\u0159\u00edklady daleko, sta\u010d\u00ed se pod\u00edvat t\u0159eba na n\u00e1\u0161 vlastn\u00ed \u017eivot pln\u00fd stresu, nezdrav\u00e9ho j\u00eddla, alkoholu \u010di nedostatku pohybu, \u010di na lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed na\u0161li z\u00e1libu ve spole\u010densky tolerovan\u00e9m\u00a0tetov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di pearcingu. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b sebepo\u0161kozuj\u00edc\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0tom slova smyslu, v\u00a0jak\u00e9m se na n\u011bj dnes chceme zam\u011b\u0159it, je specifick\u00fdm druhem chov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159i n\u011bm\u017e jedinec nem\u00e1 v\u00a0\u00famyslu sp\u00e1chat sebevra\u017edu, nechov\u00e1 se rizikov\u011b pouze kv\u016fli touze po adrenalinu, ale p\u0159\u00edmo a z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b po\u0161kozuje sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed t\u011blo (tk\u00e1n\u011b), a to bez \u00fa\u010dasti druh\u00e9 osoby. Mezi nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsoby p\u0159itom pat\u0159\u00ed sebetr\u00e1ven\u00ed (neadekv\u00e1tn\u00ed u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e9k\u016f, kombinace l\u00e9k\u016f s\u00a0alkoholem, u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed drog, polyk\u00e1n\u00ed nestraviteln\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f) a sebezra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, k\u00a0n\u011bmu\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed, \u0161kr\u00e1b\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di p\u00e1len\u00ed vlastn\u00edho t\u011bla (p\u0159edlokt\u00ed, stehna apod.).<\/p>\n<p>Sebepo\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jedn\u00edm z\u00a0p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f \u0159ady du\u0161evn\u00edch poruch. Setk\u00e1v\u00e1me se s\u00a0n\u00edm u d\u011bt\u00ed s\u00a0ment\u00e1ln\u00ed retardac\u00ed, u poruch autistick\u00e9ho spektra, u psychotick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed i poruch, p\u0159i nich\u017e m\u00e1 jedinec probl\u00e9m regulovat vlastn\u00ed emoce a chov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u010cast\u00e9 je u tzv. hrani\u010dn\u00ed \u010di disoci\u00e1ln\u00ed poruchy osobnosti (co\u017e jsou poruchy, je\u017e se diagnostikuj\u00ed a\u017e po dovr\u0161en\u00ed plnoletosti), poruch p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy i organick\u00e9ho po\u0161kozen\u00ed centr\u00e1ln\u00ed nervov\u00e9 soustavy. Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de tohoto druhu chov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159ad\u00edme pro\u017eit\u00e1 traumata, t\u00fdr\u00e1n\u00ed, sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, snahu pat\u0159it k\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9 skupin\u011b lid\u00ed apod. U d\u00edvek se s\u00a0n\u00edm setk\u00e1v\u00e1me p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 2-3x \u010dast\u011bji, ne\u017e u chlapc\u016f, a to nej\u010dast\u011bji ve v\u011bku 13 \u2013 15 let (pod 11 let pouze z\u0159\u00eddka). Podle statistik bychom na\u0161li sebepo\u0161kozuj\u00edc\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed (v tom smyslu, v\u00a0jak\u00e9m jsme si jej definovali v\u00fd\u0161e) u 10 \u2013 15% dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch, co\u017e je alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo, i kdy\u017e pokud jde \u201ejen o procenta\u201c, \u010dasto to tak nevn\u00edm\u00e1me. Poj\u010fme si to proto p\u0159ev\u00e9st na d\u011bti. U\u010d\u00edme-li ve t\u0159ech t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch po 33 d\u011btech, je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee m\u00e1me v\u00a0jedn\u00e9 t\u0159\u00edd\u011b 3 d\u011bti, jich\u017e se to p\u0159\u00edmo t\u00fdk\u00e1. Z\u00a0praxe v\u00edme, \u017ee ne v\u017edycky si toho u\u010ditel\u00e9 v\u0161imnou, a i kdy\u017e o probl\u00e9mu v\u011bd\u00ed, \u010dasto netu\u0161\u00ed, jak reagovat. N\u011bkter\u00e9 d\u011bti se to sna\u017e\u00ed skr\u00fdvat (nos\u00ed tri\u010dka s\u00a0dlouh\u00fdm ruk\u00e1vem a del\u0161\u00ed kalhoty, vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed se plav\u00e1n\u00ed), n\u011bkter\u00e9 sv\u00e1 po\u0159ezan\u00e1 z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed u\u010diteli nebo spolu\u017e\u00e1k\u016fm \u201ejakoby n\u00e1hodou\u201c odhal\u00ed a je to jak\u00e1si forma jejich \u201evol\u00e1n\u00ed o pomoc\u201c. Pro \u0159adu mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed je to ur\u010dit\u00fd \u201em\u00f3dn\u00ed trend\u201c, v\u00a0n\u011bm\u017e jsou utvrzov\u00e1ni spole\u010dn\u00fdm sd\u00edlen\u00edm zku\u0161enost\u00ed a fotek na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch a webech, ale nen\u00ed radno tento probl\u00e9m podce\u0148ovat, proto\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zn\u00e1mkou v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch du\u0161evn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f d\u00edt\u011bte a upozor\u0148ovat na pro\u017eit\u00e1 traumata (zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u00fdr\u00e1n\u00ed, \u0161ikanu apod.). Krom\u011b toho si d\u00edt\u011b, kter\u00e9 se nenau\u010d\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9my konstruktivn\u011b a zbavovat se vnit\u0159n\u00edho nap\u011bt\u00ed jinak, vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed ze sebepo\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1vyk, k\u00a0n\u011bmu\u017e se postupn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee uchylovat \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l t\u00edm \u010dast\u011bji a bez odborn\u00e9 pomoci (ale i s\u00a0n\u00ed) s\u00a0n\u00edm m\u00e1 probl\u00e9m p\u0159estat. Jizvy na t\u011ble i na du\u0161i s\u00a0n\u00edm z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed doslova po cel\u00fd \u017eivot.<\/p>\n<p>Jak reagovat, pokud naraz\u00edme na d\u00edt\u011b, na kter\u00e9m jsou patrn\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky sebepo\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed? Hlavn\u00ed z\u00e1sada zn\u00ed \u2013 zachovat klid, ale nikdy tuto skute\u010dnost nezleh\u010dovat. Je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b usiluje o z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed pozornosti, \u017ee je bezradn\u00e9, zoufal\u00e9, pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 strach a nev\u00ed, kam se obr\u00e1tit o pomoc. Je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee bude zap\u00edrat, \u017ee si zran\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsobilo samo a dobrovoln\u011b a je proto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 na n\u011bj netla\u010dit, ale tak\u00e9 se nespokojit s\u00a0odpov\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee o nic nejde. D\u011bti, kter\u00e9 ubli\u017euj\u00ed samy sob\u011b, se vnit\u0159n\u011b tr\u00e1p\u00ed, b\u00fdvaj\u00ed velmi citliv\u00e9 k\u00a0odm\u00edtnut\u00ed, \u010dasto jsou \u00fazkostn\u00e9 \u010di depresivn\u00ed. Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 reagovat klidn\u011b, nemoralizovat, nepohor\u0161ovat se, nevy\u017eadovat slib, \u017ee s\u00a0t\u00edm d\u00edt\u011b okam\u017eit\u011b p\u0159estane a pokud mo\u017eno jej ani nevystavovat dal\u0161\u00edmu \u201etlaku\u201c. \u00da\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je uklidn\u011bn\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte, uji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee v\u00edme, \u017ee se c\u00edt\u00ed zle, a proto to d\u011bl\u00e1, vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed pochopen\u00ed (\u010d\u00edm\u017e nen\u00ed my\u0161leno schvalov\u00e1n\u00ed takov\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed) a zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, jak dlouho k\u00a0sebepo\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed a jak je z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9. Po p\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u011b jako u\u010ditel\u00e9 rad\u011bji nep\u00e1tr\u00e1me. Je vhodn\u00e9 hledat spolu s\u00a0d\u00edt\u011btem \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00e9mu d\u016fv\u011b\u0159uje, a\u0165 u\u017e je to \u0161koln\u00ed psycholog, rodi\u010d \u010di pracovn\u00edk krizov\u00e9ho centra nebo linky bezpe\u010d\u00ed. Dobr\u00e9 je, pokud je to mo\u017en\u00e9, otev\u0159\u00edt se d\u00edt\u011bti, vyj\u00e1d\u0159it sv\u016fj strach o n\u011bj, d\u00e1t mu najevo podporu a doporu\u010dit rodi\u010d\u016fm, aby p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed tohoto probl\u00e9mu spolu s\u00a0d\u00edt\u011btem hledali odborn\u00edka, kter\u00fd bude d\u00edt\u011bti vyhovovat a sl\u00edbili mu mo\u017enost j\u00edt k\u00a0n\u011bkomu jin\u00e9mu, pokud mu ur\u010dit\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk \u201enesedne\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Jste-li jako u\u010ditel\u00e9 v\u00a0roli dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho, kter\u00e9mu se bu\u010f sv\u011b\u0159\u00ed samo d\u00edt\u011b, nebo v\u00e1s na probl\u00e9m upozorn\u00ed jeho kamar\u00e1di \u010di spolu\u017e\u00e1ci, p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1te \u010d\u00e1st zodpov\u011bdnosti za v\u00fdvoj situace a doporu\u010dila bych v\u00e1m konzultovat dal\u0161\u00ed postup bu\u010f s\u00a0v\u00fdchovn\u00fdm poradcem ve \u0161kole, nebo se \u0161koln\u00edm psychologem, pracovn\u00edkem v PPP \u010di oborn\u00edkem na n\u011bkter\u00e9 z\u00a0krizov\u00fdch linek. Jejich seznam je mo\u017en\u00e9 naj\u00edt nap\u0159. na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch \u0160ance d\u011btem. Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b bych v\u00e1m doporu\u010dila se obr\u00e1tit na n\u011bkoho zku\u0161en\u00e9ho, komu sami d\u016fv\u011b\u0159ujete a s\u00a0n\u00edm zkonzultovat i postup, jak\u00fdm tuto skute\u010dnost proberete s\u00a0rodi\u010di dan\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte. Jako u v\u011bt\u0161iny jin\u00fdch poruch a nemoc\u00ed i tady plat\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm d\u0159\u00edve se s\u00a0d\u00edt\u011btem a jeho probl\u00e9mem za\u010dne pracovat, t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u0161ance na pozitivn\u00ed zm\u011bnu. Pokud se v\u00e1m d\u011bti s\u00a0probl\u00e9mem sebepo\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u011b\u0159\u00ed, je to v\u00fdraz d\u016fv\u011bry, i kdy\u017e nepochybuji o tom, \u017ee byste se do t\u00e9to situace nejrad\u011bji nikdy v\u00a0\u017eivot\u011b nedostali. V\u00a0takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli p\u0159ed sebou m\u00e1te d\u00edt\u011b v\u00a0nouzi, a i kdy\u017e m\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt strach, v\u011b\u0159te, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b p\u0159ed v\u00e1mi jej m\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed. To, co jste se u\u010dili p\u0159i sv\u00e9m studiu na V\u0160, v\u00e1m bude v\u00a0takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli m\u00e1lo platn\u00e9.
